I decided to buy this about a week ago, we survived hurricane Beryl out here in Texas at my brother in laws house because we weren't prepared... he had this particular generator and was able to get it plugged into his breaker box and ran the whole house with it...one of the best investment I have ever done

I've been doing some research on generators lately and finally made a decision on Westinghouse WGen9500TFc. It took only 10 days to deliver and sitting in front of my garage on a pallet in perfect condition.Westinghouse has been around for a long time, and I feel confident in my decision. I used propane and it started on the first try. I'm definitely recommending this generator.

Compared this unit with many others and it had all the features I wanted. Only took 30 minutes to unpack and assemble and it started right up.Ample outlets, remote start, electric or pull start, meter to let you know what's going on. Would recommend and buy again

Researched online for quite a while and decided to pull the trigger. Got this WGen9500TFc so that I can take advantage of the natural gas line already in the backyard. After connecting the hose, and charging the battery, it only took 3 tries and the engine was running! Pretty smooth to me as I know it NG takes time to flow through the hose. Will follow the instructions to prepare for the storage and hopefully it will prepare us well for the next power outage.

I bought this to use during power outages. This was the perfect generator for my needs and w2ill power everything I need in a power outage including by AC. Used in conjunction with a transfer switch, this was a great purchase and offers us peace of mind.

Bought this Generator to replace an 11 year old Generator and it was the perfect choice, Flawless right out of the box, very well packaged everything needed is included, straight forward assembly and very easy directions to follow, First start was Flawless, I have no regrets. Great Generator.

I have owned this product for about one and half years. My personal experience is not good. My first failure was 5 months after purchase the unit stopped producing power then the remote start quit working then the starter went out then the pull start broke. That unit was replaced now the unit I has just failed the engine block broke a peice off by the oil fill tube.

Leaving a review to get the free cover for generator, which should be included. This removes my trust of all of the 5 star reviews. Are most positive reviews just to get the free cover? I wont be able to review it until I use it for a couple years. Hopefully its durable and built to last. It looks great.

Bought this in preparation for the hurricane season. It powers the whole house (less AC unit) via my installed back feed thru the main electrical panel. However, I drove over the generator's wheel and need to replace it. Any suggestions on where to find one?

We purchased this generator a couple of months ago. We had a transfer switch installed so we won't need to run extension cords. Best purchase we've made in a long time. Living in FL we felt it best to purchase a generator and not need it as opposed to needing one and not having it. We are now ready in case of any power emergency.
