This generator is excellent in handling power outages compared to more expensive ones that cannot handle what this one does. I ran it today with 2 freezers and a refrigerator hooked into the 30 amp feed. I connected each one per the manual and didn't even hear any surge as they were connected. This tells me the generator is powerful. It also has 4 20 amp connections as well

Picked it up on 7/3. Didn't need it for about two weeks later. Bought it for the 50A receptacle, but it also has the 30A twist lock, four 20A GFI receptacles, two USB ports and a Smart Switch receptacle. It has remote start or push button on the unit. You could pull start it too, but why? 6.6 gallon fuel tank. Ordering a cover for when it's running in inclement weather. Really pleased with our choice. Highly recommend this generator.

I am relieved that 1 year after Helene we have finally installed a generator that can run our entire household.The critical aspect is 50 amps in order to run the well pump.We were able to add necessary electric box modification and not included 50 amp plug.

I'm replacing an older, less powerful John Deere generator with the Westinghouse. The Westinghouse is slightly smaller, a bit lighter, and much easier to maneuver. It started right up during the first test run. I've used it twice for short power outages in the two weeks since I received it. No issues so far. The THD is high at 23%, but my UPSs only complain a little compared to the JD 5% THD generator it is replacing. Hopefully the engine holds up as well as the Honda on the JD it is replacing.

I purchased this unit towards the end of Hurricane season 2024. I open the crate yesterday, September 3,2025, and start assembly of the unit. Everything went well and the unit start on the first try. I'm very happy with this purchase, my only hope is that I'm not required to use it. However, I have every confidence it will supply my needs.

Living in Florida with hurricane season having a generator is a must, and this one does not disappoint. Has all the features one could ask for (dual-fuel, remote start, CO2 detection) and many more. Hope I don't have to use it but if I do, I know we will be in good shape!

This is a reasonably sized portable generator able to be stored (not used — too close to windows/doors to use safely) under a shed and is relatively straightforward to set up. It provides piece of mind if there is a power outage during extreme weather conditions.

Bought this generator to use for a backup power supply or when need power where i have no supply. It worked fine for the first couple of months had a issue with the Engine Switch I still have to replace it. Other than that it cranks up and runs fine.

We shopped on line and went to the store on LPGA and the product is not available in the store as your web site stated. We go home order the item to be shipped to our shop address and it reverts back to the home address. Thinking this is going to require a signature. It's delivered a week early no signature required. Glad nobody stole it, we have not fired it up yet.

I just purchased this generator and did all rechecks and ran unit for about 10 min on propane and was good. Then needed it last night so I hooked it up and it ran power to my items for about 5-8 min and then it died. Tried restarting and it backfired several time and that was it. Would not run. Ended up putting a little gas I had, no more available at night and it finally ran but would not run at all on propane so I was stuck with no power. Call CS and all they will do is send me a new regulator to see if it fixes it but it will take about a week. Wow what a joke and the store I bought it from said they can't help per policy. This company should be able to call the store and have them supply the part as they sell that part but the manufacturer said they won't do that. What a joke. I knew I shouldn't have bought a Westinghouse item and never will again.
