I am relieved that 1 year after Helene we have finally installed a generator that can run our entire household.The critical aspect is 50 amps in order to run the well pump.We were able to add necessary electric box modification and not included 50 amp plug.

I have purchased two of these generators, one for myself and my father. Living in Florida where storms knock out power this generator is a must. In my opinion there is no better home generator on the market. The remote start and stop feature and the all the safety features give me peace of mind. Of the years of owning Westinghouse generators I have never had an issue.

I bought this 5 months ago for hurricane season in SW Florida. It took me this long to open the box and get it cranked up because I had to find an electrician to upgrade my breaker panel. But that has now been accomplished and I have completed the 5-hour break-in period and changed the oil to remove any metal shavings that may have accumulated during break-in.

We live in Florida. We purchased this Duel Fuel Generator because our power was out 5 days last year due to hurricanes and we could not find gas anywhere. With this generator you can use gas or propane. We always have at least 4 containers of propane filled at all times so we don't have to worry about gasoline. We are getting ready for hurricane season right now and are definitely ready for the power to go out this year.

Picked it up on 7/3. Didn't need it for about two weeks later. Bought it for the 50A receptacle, but it also has the 30A twist lock, four 20A GFI receptacles, two USB ports and a Smart Switch receptacle. It has remote start or push button on the unit. You could pull start it too, but why? 6.6 gallon fuel tank. Ordering a cover for when it's running in inclement weather. Really pleased with our choice. Highly recommend this generator.

I bought this generator, because I always wanted to buy one, and when I saw the price of this one, I just couldn't miss the deal. I saved $400 dollars from it's original price. I did some research and read good things about it. O and by the way it's huge was left on a pallet on my yard, we couldn't move it.We had to open the box and put the wheels on it in order to roll it in to our shed.

I purchased this unit towards the end of Hurricane season 2024. I open the crate yesterday, September 3,2025, and start assembly of the unit. Everything went well and the unit start on the first try. I'm very happy with this purchase, my only hope is that I'm not required to use it. However, I have every confidence it will supply my needs.

I bought this because my dad had bought one just before Helene. It fed enough energy to his home to have AC, lights and keep fridge and freezer going. This thing cranked as soon as it turned over the first time and the dual fuel option is great for trying times.

This is a reasonably sized portable generator able to be stored (not used — too close to windows/doors to use safely) under a shed and is relatively straightforward to set up. It provides piece of mind if there is a power outage during extreme weather conditions.

I just purchased this generator and did all rechecks and ran unit for about 10 min on propane and was good. Then needed it last night so I hooked it up and it ran power to my items for about 5-8 min and then it died. Tried restarting and it backfired several time and that was it. Would not run. Ended up putting a little gas I had, no more available at night and it finally ran but would not run at all on propane so I was stuck with no power. Call CS and all they will do is send me a new regulator to see if it fixes it but it will take about a week. Wow what a joke and the store I bought it from said they can't help per policy. This company should be able to call the store and have them supply the part as they sell that part but the manufacturer said they won't do that. What a joke. I knew I shouldn't have bought a Westinghouse item and never will again.
