The generator works good, the generator runs smooth can barely hear it running. I would recommend it to friends and family.

Easy to use

Got it home today.  Filled with oil and gas and it fired right up.  Was easy to see how to plug in my power cords and it worked flawlessly.

easy to start and use

I needed something that would be able to run the whole house and portable welders and this fits the bill.

Big power in reasonable size

Used a WGen7500 during hurricane Ian and very impressed. Can't wait to try my WGen9500. Great features and love my direct hookup.

Awesome machine

After adding oil and fuel, started right up and ran smooth. I have not used it yet since the power has not gone out since I purchased it.

It was just delivered and I had it running in 10 minutes. Very easy set up. Runs quieter than expected and started right up.

Loads of features

I put three hours on this generator test run. The house. All is good a lot of generator for the money.

Good value

I just purchased this generator and did all rechecks and ran unit for about 10 min on propane and was good. Then needed it last night so I hooked it up and it ran power to my items for about 5-8 min and then it died. Tried restarting and it backfired several time and that was it. Would not run. Ended up putting a little gas I had, no more available at night and it finally ran but would not run at all on propane so I was stuck with no power. Call CS and all they will do is send me a new regulator to see if it fixes it but it will take about a week. Wow what a joke and the store I bought it from said they can't help per policy. This company should be able to call the store and have them supply the part as they sell that part but the manufacturer said they won't do that. What a joke. I knew I shouldn't have bought a Westinghouse item and never will again.

Quit running after 10 min

I setup my generator today and it's so easy. The product came with a natural gas and propane hose, plus oil and funnel. Easy startup guide, I was probably done and running the generator in 10 minutes. We bought this to power our 2000sqft home. It worked wonderfully and it even could handle the 4 ton ac starting up on natural gas!
