Westinghouse makes the best generators of all others. I have 3 and won't buy any other brand. Quiet, and powerful.

Easy to set up and start. Only ran it once so it's hard to judge the long term performance. Documentation provided is done nicely.

It is compact and solid

Just got the generator today.... waiting for battery to charge so we can start it... instructions are easy to follow

Looking good so far

JUST PURCHASED, EASY SETUP, STARTED RIGHT UP WITH PROPANE. IT HAS PLENTY OF POWER TO RUN EVERYTHING I NEED TO STAY COMFORTABLE DURING A POWER OUTAGE.

DUAL FUEL

just picked it up today, so far so good.  last one got lost on the way to the store.  Took a month to get it right.

Power

Just recieved my new WGen 9500 . Had a qualified electrican do the hooking up to my 220 AMP house panel.
Initial test run performed very well.

Great Generator

Just bought this last week. alread did a breaking. the remote start is great for both starting and stopping.

WE'LL SEE IF THIS MODEL WORKS OR NOT.  THE LAST ONE DIDN'T AFTER SITTING IDLE FOR 3 YEARS WITH FEW STARTS.  NEVER USED.

GENERATOR

We've had to use it several times due to power outages and it has been reliable and easy to use. So happy we have it.

Easy to use, works exactly how it should.

Just hooked it up to propane and so far so good…most likely will only use it with propane since I see the maintenance is less likely than with gas

Great features easy to use

I just purchased this generator and did all rechecks and ran unit for about 10 min on propane and was good. Then needed it last night so I hooked it up and it ran power to my items for about 5-8 min and then it died. Tried restarting and it backfired several time and that was it. Would not run. Ended up putting a little gas I had, no more available at night and it finally ran but would not run at all on propane so I was stuck with no power. Call CS and all they will do is send me a new regulator to see if it fixes it but it will take about a week. Wow what a joke and the store I bought it from said they can't help per policy. This company should be able to call the store and have them supply the part as they sell that part but the manufacturer said they won't do that. What a joke. I knew I shouldn't have bought a Westinghouse item and never will again.

Quit running after 10 min

I purchased this unit towards the end of Hurricane season 2024. I open the crate yesterday, September 3,2025, and start assembly of the unit.  Everything went well and the unit start on the first try.  I'm very happy with this purchase, my only hope is that I'm not required to use it. However, I have every confidence it will supply my needs.
