Purchased this just after the great valentines day freeze of 2021. Powers everything critical in our house & was very easy to setup out of the box.

I bought a few weeks ago, have not had a reason to use it yet. What impressed me about the machine was how well built and sturdy it is.

Bought it a couple of months ago. The set up instructions were easy and it started right up. I love the push start.

Replaced old unit another company upgraded from 7500 watt to 9500 watt more features at a affordable price other units for same size

Started very easily after assembly. Easy to use. Only complaint is that 50amp recepticle is too close to wheel. hard to bend cord around wheel.

Easy set up and love the electric start. Also has remote start which will be handy during hurricane season.

Haven't got to use it much, but was easy to put together and it starts right up, seems to have plenty power
