I bought this to be ready for anything. All the storms lately had been taking our power away. So we wanted to be prepared, especially to save our refrigerator. This machine did not disappoint. Its easy to roll around with the wheels and large handle. Love how easy it is to use.

Directions for set up, use and maintenance are easy to follow and images actually match the product. Everything you need to know is written in plain, easy to understand wording. Every feature I could ask for and some I wouldn't have thought of-like a remote start!

NOT WORKING IN COLD WEATHER (BELOW 20 F.) The "auto start" does not work at all at cold weather (Auto choke failure) It might work only if you push the choke lever with your thumb at the "cold" position and hold it there In other word: Useless if you live up northern USA or Canada fpor the reaL winter time

I bought this after losing power for 6 days this winter. Haven't had to use it yet but I did connect it to propane and it started with the push button. Not looking forward to using it but it's comforting to know it's there. It is heavy and was delivered on a pallet. I managed to unpack and assemble it by myself but it would be easier with two people.

I purchased this generator so that I won't have to go out in the middle of the night and refill a generator with gasoline in the freezing cold. I have high expectation that's going to accomplish that task for me. I got a hook up installed next to my gas meter where I can hook up a flexible hose and run it to the generator. I have an interlock on my breaker box so that I can run the generator straight into the power on my house. One tip is, if you haven't had the generator hooked up and running, you might want to start it on gasoline first. Then switch it over to natural gas. The generator running pulls the air out of the gas line, faster than just cranking it with the starter. After that you're good to go. I tested running my house on this generator and it works. Now we can run the furnace. No more running extension cords into the house and sitting around next to space heaters.

We haven't used it yet, but bought it for some specific features and found others. We bought it for the 50A receptacle (for our campground trailer when the park power goes out). It also has the 30A twist lock receptacle, four 20A GFI outlets and two USB 5V 2.1A ports. Remote start as well. Hopefully optimistic!

I have spent quite some time replacing a generator that went out during the last storms and I wanted something more durable, sturdy with tri fuel capabilities. That also could be attached to a transfer switch at my home for a few circuits that need to stay running. Was getting tired of just running extension cords and I'm looking for a better solution. This generator will allow me to continue the old process while I hook up the natural gas line and the transfer switches. The only minor issue is the length of the supplied natural gas line seems inadequate for most applications when you're trying to keep your generator away from your house. All in all I would buy this generator again, and I am quite pleased with a little things that they did. Like including the oil and a very proper funnel to put the oil in easily, the attention to detail was good.

We purchased this for power outages and did not have to use it for almost a year. Unpacked it and it was easy to assemble and it started right up first try. It's pretty loud, for sure. We plugged in the freezer right away and it worked great, but for some reason the refrigerator keeps tripping the gfi on the generator. Everything else we used worked OK, just the fridge would not run. I would give it 5 stars but I dont know it it's the generator 's fault or issues with the fridge. When the power came on the fridge ran great.

We are old people and the auto start fob is wonderful I read really good reviews on it so we got it we haven't used it yet we got it because our old generator would not start so we are waiting for a storm to hit , we are now prepared with a very easy device SOOO HAPPY !!!

Well built unit, big on power. Excellent instructions, very thorough operators manual, complete with detailed parts manual. This model comes with propane and natural gas hook up lines. Ready to start up with very little effort. Only assembly is the rear wheels and the front frame supports, took me about 15 minutes to assemble.
