Just received this, and easily installed wheels and feet. Added oil and a little gas and it started on the first try. I had tried a duel fuel model, but was not happy with it. It does weigh a little over 200 lbs, but easy to move with the wheels. I should not say that I can't wait for the power to go out to give it a work out, but I am positive that I will be protected with this unit.

My husband and I bought this generator last month. It has great features that we were looking for; remote start and push button start w/an optional pull start. We wanted something that was reliable and easy to use in case of an emergency. This products meets all of our wants and needs.

In terms of price and quality, it is the best option. Easy to assemble. As soon as it arrived, my son and I put it together. It only took a few minutes. When we finished, we turned it on to test it and it worked very well. I already have it at home in case we need a generator again if we lose power due to a storm or hurricane.

Bought this in prep. for hurricane season. Unit came 99% ready to go - putting on the wheels and feet were a breeze! So far, I have only done the initial start up, but was able to plug it into my 220V, and do a "dry run" of it. It was able to power up one of my central A/C units with no problem (the smaller of the two), and I also hooked up some of my essentials (fridges, t.v., a few lights/power outlets). The noise isnt as bad as I thought it would be. At this running wattage - it is what it is. This this looks like it will easily handle any hurricane that comes our way - and I am not expecting us to be out cold for a week, here in Texas again, like we were earlier this year!

I selected this item due to the tri-fuel capability an appropriate size for my application. I have set it up to run with natural gas and a 50 amp plug integrated into my home wiring system. Initial setup was extremely easy with only needing to add oil and charge the battery. The generator started easily and runs quietly. I have yet to run it loaded but have no doubt to it's capability.

I bought the WGen9500 Model just over a month ago. What a great buy!!! The unit was easy to setup, and has lots of great features including a remote start. Just installed the wheels, added the oil which was also included, poured in some gas, and it started right up on the first try!!! With the power this unit can provide, we will be able to run all essentials in our house during any future power outages. Very happy with this purchase!!!

Bought this as a result of hurricane Beryl in the Houston, TX area. Included in the box was not just a generator, but the propane regulator and hose as well as the natural gas hose, both with the quick connect fittings. Assembly was simple, just screw on the feet and pin the wheels and put the pre measured bottle of oil in it and that was it!

I bought this generator a week ago and exceeded my expectations. It took about 10 minutes to get set up. I hit the start button and the generator started right away. I tested the power of the generator with lights, air compressor, table saws, etc and did not miss a beat. The remote start and transfer switch ready are very nice features. I would by it again if I needed another generator.

Bought this as an upgrade, my old generator was only 5000 watts runnning and we needed more to run the house, after doing research and comparing models i decided on the wgen9500, out of the box all i needed to do was put on the wheels and feet which took all of about 8 minutes, add the oil and gas and it cranked on first pull, unit does has a battery start as well. i am very pleased with this product.

Our Westinghouse WGen9500DF generator arrived in great condition and unboxing and setup were very easy. This generator has all of the features important to us in a generator - dual fuel, electric start, battery charger with its own input jack, remote start key fob, and most importantly, the power to run most of our major appliances and downstairs A/C unit simultaneously in the event of a power outage. We live in a humid region of the country and the ability to run the A/C during a power outage is a must. The three year warranty and lifetime nationwide technical support are also a plus. I would recommend this generator highly!
