Very happy with this system, started right out of the box. Instructions, were well written and easy to follow the wheels and support pads took under 15 minutes to install, love the solid wheels. Added oil and fuel and 2 pulls we were running, after a shut down by us we did a remote fob start and it worked the first time. M any great features and control pannel is very easy to read and use. We are sure we well be happy with our choice of this Westinghouse generator.

Delivery was a breeze and even arrived earlier than expected. The setup was straight forward by following the manual. The manual is complete and easy to understand. I stated the unit using a 20# cylinder of LP gas. I also stated it on natural gas without any issues. I do not plan on using gasoline unless I have to. This was a prime selling point for my purchase. I know I will be using this sometime this spring.

It is a substantial investment, but it's a great insurance policy and peace of mind for when the power goes out… AGAIN! This past winter was rough and we decided not to place ourselves–and our home–in jeopardy. The 9550TFc has the added fuel capacity with natural gas. We may never need it with our current home, but as circumstances change, it is worth the upgrade. The addition of the battery for the electric start was greatly appreciated! The Westinghouse brand is one you can trust when you need it most.

I bought two of these to power my whole house after a storm. They come with a remote starter but I could not get either of the remotes to sync to the generators. I tested the generators today and they both started easily but one kept stalling. After several attempts it ran steady. The two generators ran everything in my house including two air conditioners.

Great machine. The craftsmanship is perfect and started right up first time. Very little to assemble and had it running 10 mins out of the box. Only thing I wish it had was a 30 amp 120 plug. It only has a 30 amp 240 plug. And wish it had a idle control switch. But besides that it's a perfect fit for what I need and I knew this machine didnt have those features before I brought it. But can't beat the price.

I purchased this generator after the last hurricane. It was very easy to set up and started easily on the first try. I love the one button and remote start. Also, the tri-fuel start is perfect. We had a plumber hook up a quick connect to our natural gas meter so we will not need to worry about having enough fuel to run it during the next storm

I bought the WGen9500 for my home, this is an excellent generator. The setup process & instructions were clear, easy and straight forward. It easily powers my whole house during a power outage. I love the remote start feature, it makes it super easy to run.

Bought this to replace a pull start older generator. The push button is really nice for older adults, and the tri fuel is a very nice feature no more pouring gas. Have run it for awhile on propane and started right up .Hooked it up to my transfer switch to may sure it was working,and it was. If you want to take the Hassle out of hard starting a generator this is the one you should buy. Take the stress off, when power goes out.

I did a good amount of research before deciding on the Westinghouse 9500 Generator. The build quality is excellent, runs like a charm and gave best bang for the buck. Hopefully will never have to use it but I am confident it will be there for me when I need it as long as I exercise it regularly and perform recommended maintenance.

The generator was easy to put together without need for additional tools. It is surprising easy to move around despite its weight. The push start remote makes the generator very easy to start. I was also surprised by how quiet (for a generator!) it is when on. No longer dreading the next big storm!
