Recently bought this generator for recreational use and the occasional power outage. To start of the deliver was quick and professional, the directions inside the box were extremely clear and very easy to follow. Once I acquired the appropriate materials I got it started. Easy, fast, and very sturdy and reliable. Overall great quality, completely worth every penny. You can't put a price on peace of mind. I recently received this generator and am excited to lose power! It feels incredibly solid and runs a lot quieter than I would anticipate a generator of this size. The electric start had an initial hard time turning over but I was able to start it right up manually and since it starts just fine with the electric start. So far I'm very happy with this purchase.

Just got it and very excited to use it and see how much of my house it will run since we have all electrical appliances. Very nice out of the box, easy to assemble and very nice looking. Remote, push button start and 50 amp capability are my favorite features. I have no doubt it is going to be a great addition to our back up power system.

I have been trying to get this generator for about a year. Its always sold out everywhere because its so awesome! I finally had a chance to get it even with 3 weeks out shipping but i couldnt pass it up! So worth the wait! Started right up and having the key fob is perfect so my children can start the generator before school when I'm not around, without even having to go outside. I love this generator, such a good value and no other brand has the numbers of reviews and POSITIVE 4.5+ stars. So glad I finally got this, now I'm not nervous about the next power outage, I'm more then ready!

We have been talking about purchasing a generator for years. And this is the perfect solution for us. We really like the tri-fuel option. Especially that we have the choice of having the generator run on propane. We were impressed with the parts that came along with the generator. This generator is very manageable and yet will be a dependable source of power if we should loose our electricity.

bought this to replace a generac that has seen better days. Haven't had to use it yet, but the setup was pretty straightforward and started up after a few presses of the start button. after getting it started outside for the first time, the remote start worked from inside the house as I hoped.

The instructions doesn't give you much information on the break-in. Other than keeping it at half capacity for the first five hours. So I had to look up how to do a proper break-in on a generator. Which I did one hour of running with no load. Then changing the engine oil. Then running it for two hours with no load And then again, changing the engine oil. then finished up with a two hour run with 2000 W load on the generator for two hours, and then changing the oil again . my generator is a 9500. The plan is to use it for a back up generator for our house. It should be able to run at least half of my house without the HVAC. But so far it fires up every time the first pole, and everything seems to be built at the highest quality. If you read the instructions, it tells you that you need to use full synthetic oil, which for me was quite hard to find. Because you have to make sure it's four cycle oil and design for small engines. But overall, we love it

I just purchased the unit. It was easy to get the wheels on, the oil in, and to understand how to start it. It took two attempts to start it. This is understandable considering it was the first time it had gas in the system. I shut it off, restarted a few times. It started right up, no problem each time. I then used it to run an angle grinder for a while. Everything was working great. I think this is a good piece of equipment.

Just received a box with my new wgen9500 generator. Put this sucker together in about ten minutes, filled the oil and gas tanks and started on 3rd manual pull. I then went to electronic start a BANG——worked great. Highly suggest that if you are looking for a great product, get cracking and buy this thing. Great for our Florida hurricanes.

The generator came delivered with very little work to assemble the battery cable and wheels, then add the engine oil before filling with gas and firing right up. This has plenty of power for our transfer switch to power our home when the power goes out. The electric start with auto-choke and key fob start are just an added bonus!
