Just purchased the WGen9500 and wow. It is a beast of a machine and runs beautifully. For a larger generator it is pretty quite. The remote start is a great feature. More standing in the rain to start the genny. Overall I am extremely impressed with the quality.

After going without power due to wildfire danger, my wife and I decided it was time to buy some power of our own. After doing many hours of research we decided the Westinghouse 9500 watt generator was our best choice. So glad we did! It arrived very well packaged, and assembly was a breeze. I just bought this a week ago. It looks good. it came with the gas and propane cords, a quart of oil, and a battery charger. After the electrical hookups, I will test it to see if it runs the whole house as others have declared. I'm excited about the prospects.

Box was damaged when it was received, but the delivery guys and I saw no damage to the product. Was easy to assemble and I tested the pull start, electric and remote start. They all worked great. The unit had a wire that was broken (I think the low oil sensor). They are working to help me with it so I have no real problem with the generator.

While I have not used it for generating VAC, I have fired it up without problem. I am VERY happy how robust and durable it is. This thing looks like exactly what I need to run my stuff (4 bedroom home) during a power outage. I am very happy with the quality - Westinghouse did a great job in the design and manufacturing.

Given the overall great reviews everywhere online, the price and features, I decided to purchase this generator and can safely say that it is the best bang for the buck. However, I am surprised to say that this generator is as well, if not better built than other brands priced higher. Totally worth the price!

I bought this to use when the electricity goes out in my household. A few days ago, my house went out of power for the whole day from a tree falling on the power line, luckily I had purchased this generator and I managed to turn my whole house's power back on. It was like there was no outage and my family was able to be very comfortable thanks to the generator. It's very useful and makes a person feel reassured that they can still get power during an outage. Amazing and useful poduct. No regret purchasing it!!

Just got this, quick delivery easy set up , perfect first start and power, would most likely rate it higher after I get my house ready for hook up and trying it out more. Can't wait for my panel box interlock kit and power inlet box to check it out on the whole house.

I am so glad I bough this unit. I did lots of research and I ended up with the WGen 9500DF. Although it is big and heavy, I recommend this generator to anyone needing to have a solid dual fuel generator around for emergency or if yo intend to power a whole house. We get power outage at least 5-6 times every year.

Easy initial assembly and started up easy! Good features for a simple alternative power source for your home. The propane/gasoline option is great for emergencies. Generator ran on propane very smoothly from the start and has enough capacity to run the whole home if your AC has a soft start.
