Now I know why they call this The Beast. Everything I wanted in a generator and then some. Really love the VFT Data Center. Displays Voltage, Frequency in Hertz, Lifetime hours, and Run/Maintenance hours. Remote start is a nice added feature. Perfect for backup power when the power goes out.

I just purchased this product and have not had a chance to run it yet. However during assembly, installing the feet to the frame one of the welded bolts were not aligned properly with the hole on the frame. I had to screw the bolt in from the back side, and bore out the hole a bit on the frame. This allowed me to bolt it from the feet mounting side, however it did strip the bold a bit. Besides that the overall quality looks good.

I'm a female and although it's heavy I am able to move it from my shed to my home when needed since it's on wheels and has a handle. It starts easy and is easy for me to use on my own. No man needed. I have it hooked up to my circuit panel and it powers almost everything in my home. I love the remote starter as well.

Unpacked the generator from the box, attached feet and wheels, put the included quart of oil in the crankcase, filled gas tank half full, plugged in the included battery, programmed the key fob, flipped the breakers on, turned gas shut-off to open, flipped on/off switch to on, pressed the start button... the generator started immediately!!! I pressed the on/off button and it shut right down. I pressed the start button on the key fob this time and again it started right up. I then pressed the stop button on the key fob and it shut right down again just like it should, I started the generator one more time with the start button on the generator and I let it run for 2 hours to seat the rings and then turned it of with the key fob and it shut right down again just as expected. Next morning I turned the start/stop switch to on and pressed the start button and again it started right up. I then turned off the gas shut off valve and let the generator run until it ran out of gas and stopped running... So far so good!!! Only complaint was that the generator arrived with a dent in the upper frame while causing no obvious damage to the gas tank or generator. More than likely it was damaged in shipping. Maybe a big deal to some folks but no other apparent damage and all parts appear solid and the generator functions perfectly. Good enough for me!

Bought this a month ago our only problem was we couldn't find the remote control we contacted Westinghouse they told us to look on the pull start rope. Even though instructions says the remote is in the bag the person from Westinghouse told us too many people couldn't find the remote probably tossed them out on the trash so they now out it on the pull start rope. Your welcome we suggest Westinghouse add a note to say where the remote is stored. Other than that so far this unit has operated fantastic. We have started on both propane and gas starts right up. Didn't even have to program the remote it worked first try. We still haven't put a load on it yet.

I just finally got this all set up and running after a week and love it. I love the push button start and the remote start option. So easy. It was very easy to set up and get started. Took a couple try's to turn over but that's normal. This thing is powerful enough to run my whole house. I tested it. I'm talking all my plugs, lights, fans, and appliances. Water heater, boiler, ac, water softener, and well pump. With room for more

Was delivered on time and was real easy to set up. Love the electric start and the remote start feature. I was surprised how quiet it was for a larger generator. This is my third generator and I already like it more than my previous generators. I don't think my wife will have any problem using it.

I just unboxed the generator, filled with all fluids and put wheels on! Instructions are easy to follow Fired it up and was pleasantly surprised with how quiet it is! This is the 9500 watt generator! I am replacing a 9500 watt champion generator that is so much louder! I needed a generator with a 50 amp plug and this is perfect for my needs!

I got the tri fuel hooked up to my natural gas and it works very well, powers my whole house. It connects to my 30 amp inlet, I may upgrade to a 50 amp as it has that option. Love the peace of mind that I can go from natural gas, to propane, to regular gasoline. The only con so far is that it's incredibly loud.

Bought this Generator about 1 week ago and so far it has work as described. Wanted a Generator to power my home in case of outages which apparently occur often now in California. The thing that I love is the remote start feature. Overall happy with purchase.
