I've been wanting a standby generator for years but way too spendy! This one fit the bill for my home and the wattage that I need. It arrived on time, no troubles. After I put it together and filled it with oil, it started right up. I hooked it up to some heaters and a vacuum and ran it for an hour with no problems. The big test will be when the power goes off again and where I live, that is quite often. Overall, a very nice generator and I love the controls and the remote start. Very well built!

Bought this model based on the recommendation of my electrician. Haven't experienced a power outage yet but we will be prepared when it happens. Unit is very well built and having the battery and engine oil included was very convenient. Having the peace of mind that we'll always have electricity during an outage is worth every penny this unit cost.

Shipped straight to home and arrived in excellent condition. Starting is unbelievably easy with the remote control. It delivers all the power I need and more. I can run my well, HVAC, sewage lift station and pretty much my whole house. Awesome documentation including a very thorough user manual and maintenance log. Westinghouse is a brand that has a proven reliability record and this will give me peace of mind for many years.

We're new to Florida and are preparing for hurricane season...and a generator is a must. We were looking for a generator that would power at least 2 refrigerators and a portable ac unit. This one is easy to start, easy to use, relatively quiet and is surprisingly easy to manuever. The remote key fob was a great surprise also!

Just started the generator up for the first time. I'm running it on propane. Followed the instructions and it did exactly what the manual detailed. Started up on it's 3rd auto attempt and ran smoothly for about 10 minutes with no load. I'll be trying it to run the water well pump this afternoon. So far so good!

This thing is the bee's knees and generators. I have a wrecked rotator cuff so my pull start generator has become obsolete to me. I can sit in my bedroom and click a button and on comes the power. And now my daughter and baby can run it if I'm not at home. Highly recommended and easy to put together. I'm a sixty year old female and I did it in twenty minutes. The Funnel for the oil is a little sketchy, but take your time and you won't end up with it all over the floor, live and learn right?

Straight from the box, we were extremely impressed. It was very easy to set up and get ready. We haven't started it yet but I will update as soon as I have ran it. Tons of excellent features. There wasn't a single hesitation when ordering this generator versus the others. Such a great price point for such an excellent machine. I love that they offer a bonus item for reviewing since it encourages others to leave those helpful reviews we all look for when deciding on products. This generator has TONS of great reviews and very impressed customers. I won't even be upset if Texas gets another snow storm this year now.

Superior built product, sturdy unit and performed better than my previous generator. Haven't put it to 'the test' (of driving my home during power outage) yet, but I feel confident, just by unboxing and assembling the unit as to the care that was used when building the product.

We purchased this generator as Insurance against severe storms and losing our power! We live in Northern WI and snow storms and wind can cause power outages. 2 summers ago we lost power for 8 hours and it's hard to keep everything cold in summer and house warm in winter

I bought this generator 4 months ago and am very glad I did. I live in a rural area & unfortunately lose power more than I care to admit. I love that it runs on gasoline, propane & natural gas. I have my house wired to transfer power to the generator as a back-up and love the peace of mind that comes with knowing I'll have the essentials available no matter what happens
