This generator is built very good. Handle and wheels make for easy moving around. Engine and generator look very well built and it is packaged nicely in the frame. It has handled very well so far. I highly recommend this machine to anyone that looses power often. This thing runs my entire house.

Bought this generator based on a friend's recommendation and am glad I did. The generator is so easy to start runs fairly quiet and has plenty of power for my needs during outages. The wheels were so easy to install, and it makes moving the unit around effortless.

Bought couple months ago as a lesson in how to survive a hurricane! We've used sparingly but have had great experience. Quick start, easy directions and awesome lower pitch sound than most items of this size. Pretty sure it's going to give us great service!

Just set up my new Westinghouse WGen9500TFc Generator and connected it to my whole house transfer switch. Best user manual I've ever received. Covers everthing. This thing runs everything I need . Will switch to synthetic after a couple of hours of operating it so it can run at 20 below zero. Bought this for the tri-fuel options it has. I'll run it on propane and natural gas will keeps me from having to deal with maintaining gasoline and the carburerator. However, if need, I can use gasoline. I really didn't see another option for a 240 volt 50 amp generator.

I bought this awhile back and just got it hooked up 3 day ago after coming to or other home. It was easy to set up and started the first time when I used the fob. Works great, everything we wanted and needed. It has features like, covers over the outlets, more indicators than most, and quieter.

So far, very pleased with this generator. Purchased after Ida so we dont have to eve sleep at someone elses again when without power. The generator was very easy to do the very little amount of assembly (wheels and stands), and started without a problem. The push start and remote start are very simple, and remote start is quick and easy to set up. Cannot wait to put this thing to the test, but also dont want to have to use it too too soon hahaha. Delivery was amazing as well. It was placed under the carport out of the elements, and the boxing looked to be in great shape, which shows it was handled well during shipping, which took about 20 days. Very happy

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing this model. I like its flexibility - 3 ways to start and 3 options for fuel for a reasonable price. It arrived yesterday and I was able to assemble it myself (I am a 70 year old woman). It was fun! The instructions were clear and the packaging was well-designed.

Couldn't be happier! Delivery was a day early. Set up was easy. Everything needed to get this beast running is included except, of course gasoline. Feet and wheels went on easily. Fluids are drained before shipping and pulling the handle upward and gently setting it on its side was smooth. Note – this is a heavy piece of equipment so be careful with it and yourself – feet, hands, etc. I put the gas in and followed the instructions for manual start from cold. It started on the second pull! The battery comes disconnected so there was enough life for push button start and remote start. Both worked as expected and without issue. I haven't had to put it to operational use yet but I'm sure this monster will keep us powered when the need arises.

The generator was easy to put together without need for additional tools. It is surprising easy to move around despite its weight. The push start remote makes the generator very easy to start. I was also surprised by how quiet (for a generator!) it is when on. No longer dreading the next big storm!

This is an amazing generator. It has all the features that one will need on a portable generator. Electric start with key fob is an added bonus. Generator appears to be built well and is easy to maneuver from the garage to the transfer switch. Would highly recommend!
