My first experience with Westinghouse. So far, I am impressed. Easy Set-Up. I followed the easy directions to fill fluids, connect the battery, learn the specs, etc.. The key fob was already factory paired, because the directions to do so seamed a bit confusing at first glance. The choke appears to be automatic, but labored to adjust during initial start. I turned the generator off and restarted, resolving the issue. The key fob starter is awesome; worked perfectly out of the box. One suggestion is to relocate the battery connection as it partially obstructs access to the oil dip-stick port. Overall score out of the box: 10. The true test, of course, will be the next big storm. Stay tuned...

Awesome generator, great features and like the electric/remote start. It cranks right up and so far has ran really well. When it arrived it was damaged and got a replacement without any hassle. Would definitely recommend this generator to anyone and already have to all my friends.

I bought the WGen9500 generator to replace a 22-year old generator that I had. Installing the wheels, putting oil and gas and starting the generator took less than 45 minutes. I am so glad that I bought this generator because of the power- 9500 watts and great features, like the electric start and remote start. It can power most all the essential appliances in my house during a power outage.

One week after the generator arrived we had a huge storm and were left without power for 3 days. This generator did the job!!! Ran the furnace(heat), the well, and everything else we tried. I ran it using a propane tank. I am looking forward to being able to connect it to our natural gas line soon. Now I'm ready to sell my old gas only generator.

This generator is built very good. Handle and wheels make for easy moving around. Engine and generator look very well built and it is packaged nicely in the frame. It has handled very well so far. I highly recommend this machine to anyone that looses power often. This thing runs my entire house.

To begin, the instruction manual was amply illustrated and easy to follow. I am quite pleased with the versatility provided by the 20 - 50 amp outlets. Additionally, the included battery trickle charger, two USB ports, and the remote start key fob combined with the quality construction of the unit make this portable generator well worth consideration.

I did much research before I made this purchase, and I am glad I did. I bought this generator to power my whole house, which it easily does. I had an electrician come in and wire everything and he even commented on the great product this generator is. Once he was done with his work, we tested the generator. I was very happy with the outcome. It was what I had expected and more. The features are great as well. The 30 and 50 amp plugs are perfect. The USB ports are a bonus. the push button start with a remote also means I can get this generator warmed up and ready before I have to go out on a cold winter day. It even comes with a battery trickle charger. Westinghouse thought of everything. If you are searching for a generator, here it is. Purchased a few weeks ago and cannot believe how great a generator buy this was. Installed wheels quickly ,then added oil and used propane to start the unit. It started up very quickly and ran quieter than expected. Next I ran using gasoline and used the remote starter and quick start again. All the accessories ( propane and nat gas hoses) makes this the perfect buy for my home use.Detailed instructions are included.

I lost power a month ago when a tree in front of my house took down the line to it. I had to borrow my neighbors generator. I consider myself to be fairly strong, but I couldn't start it on my own. I was afraid of running out of gas in the middle of the night. So I'd have to stop it late at night and ask someone to start it in the morning. I knew that I wanted one, but it needed to be a push start. I found this model online after doing some research. I'm so glad that I bought it. There's not going to be anymore worrying about loss of power. It's push button and 9500 watts of running power. Great price too. Love it!

I just bought this W Gen 9500 generator & I'm very impressed with how easy it was to assemble & it including all the accessories/ tools you need to maintain it.
