Bought this as a whole home backup. Got the Tri-Fuel so that I will hook it up to the house natural gas line. I will purchase a 100lb propane tank as another option to run the generatot. Set up was easy. The only additional thing I needed to do was put the Carbon canistor back in place because it wasn't secured on the brackets due to shipping most likely. It came with the Natural gas and propane hoses which is a great bonus. I love that it has a remote start and a battery charger to have the battery ready when I need to run it. Get yourself a Westinghouse generator if you need one. You won't regret it

I was looking for a quality built generator that I could start using right away with gas this winter but have the option move over to Natural Gas in the spring when the weather allows me to dig the gas line. It has enough power for all the essentials and still enough extra power if needed for extra tasks.

Bought this late August. During break in and after, ran different watt items from 1875W hair dryer, grinder, circular saw and even an old homemade squirrel cage fan that take a lot of juice to get turning. Ran separately and all together, drag on this generator was barely noticeable. This generator did not skip a beat. Although I am still trying to get my electrician out to hook the generator to my home, I have no worries that it will handle any needs of my home (everything but central air). I ran it on gas and propane and was able to switch fuels while running without any problems. I have a natural gas outlet but have not tried it yet due to it has PVC pipe connected to it that is buried in the ground from connection to outlet and is 40 yrs. old. Don't trust the PVC but will do away with the pipe and go straight from the outlet with hose to generator after I get the outlet check out by a pro first. So far, I am fully satisfied with this product and from other reviews, I feel any issues will be handled by the warranty and their team. I really don't expect any with this generator though. It is nice to have three options for fueling this WGen9500TFc.

A generator at the store didn't put out as much energy and for more money, but this generator definitely has way more quality features such as outlet covers, gas level, surge protection, and even a freaking remote start remote! That's nicer than my car! And this generator powers my welder machine with great efficiency.I would definitely recommend this product for being very power and a great cost and its versatility and reliability. 5/5 stars

We bought this generator after a storm knocked out our power for two days. We needed something with a lot of power for a low cost. This generator is well built and can run all the essential things we need while the power is out. One thing I especially like is that it has a pull cord to start it in case the battery is dead.

Very easy to assemble, just two leg supports and two wheels. Tools for assembly and light maintenance supplied. Oil and funnel supplied also. Everything you need to set up to run. Very good quality overall. Remote start fob. Good instructions. I am preforming the break in period by powering my clothes dryer. No problems at all. The only thing that kept me from a 5 star rating, is that it seems a little loud. I do intend to put a small shelter around it to protect it from the elements and this will probably mitigate the noise level.

Our power went out on a Monday during a storm a few weeks ago. Power was not restored until Friday night that week. 90 degrees all week.Decided "never again". It is quality built with some great features to help make a difficult time easier to deal with. Price was very competitive as well. Overall I am extremely pleased.

Bought this model based on the recommendation of my electrician. Haven't experienced a power outage yet but we will be prepared when it happens. Unit is very well built and having the battery and engine oil included was very convenient. Having the peace of mind that we'll always have electricity during an outage is worth every penny this unit cost.

This is the second Westinghouse generator I have purchased. Changed to this one to get higher wattage and be able to use Natural Gas , propane, or gasoline. Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) is a little high (less than or equal to 23%) but this never caused any issues from the 7500 Watt similar Westinghouse model I had been using for years.

9500 watts was just right in order to power most of my needed household appliances during outages. unit was heavy, but is built well. no issues to date. wish it came with a 30 amp or 50 amp cord. cant beat the price point for the quality of what youre getting.
