I purchased this generator after lots of research. I had to wait almost 3 months, after I got the cables and plugins installed to use it on my house, for a power outage. We had power out after a 60 mile an hour wind storm, and it performed beautifully. I am so impressed with how it is so well heavy duty built. The controls are simple, love that it has a gas shutoff and electric start. I had the entire house on it except the hot water heater, then shut off a few things to allow the water to get hot then removed it from the load. The integrated handle makes it easy to move around with its big wheels. The large 6.6 gallon gas tank allows it to run all day. I've had three other generators and this one is by far the best and last I will ever own... Thanks

Once I got this generator setup which only took 30 minutes. I handed the wireless key bob to her and with a push of the button, it is up and running. If I am not around she is now comfortable in starting it on her own. Both she and I are now ready for any power outages which may occur. Thanks Westinghouse

Bought this to run my Miller 211 welder, and it works like a champ, plus I use the remote on/off when working on the roof, so I don't have to run up and down a ladder, and I save fuel plus run time. I also like that the generator charges the battery while running.

I received this as a Christmas gift and just opened the box in April. It was extremely easy to assemble. The electric start makes operating the generator as simple as pushing a button. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a generator.

We ordered the 9500 TFc a few weeks ago. The generator is easy to set up with clear directions and limited assembly required. Lots of stickers/signage for safe use. The Kw per fuel type are listed on the device. A very nice unit and easy to move about with the wheels and a folding handle.

I was extremely impressed my the performance of this generator when I witnessed first hand how well it worked at a friend's 1600sqft home. She was able to run her AC, all the lights, TVs and power her important appliances like refrigerator, deep freeze. It's easy to move around with the built in handle, very sturdy!

I purchased this generator in the event I loose power. I took in consideration that it had both electric/pull start capabilities. Also it had a 50 amp outlet. The generator started its first time right out of the box. I tested the generator loaded with an air compressor ,wall mounted AC, hot water heater and lights. The generator took care of the loads with no problems.

The reviews for the wgen9500 that I found were positive. I received my unit and followed the setup sheet. There really isn't much to do to get it ready. The instructions were clear and everything was detailed. I cranked it over with the remote key and it fired up after the 4th crank cycle. The unit ran flawlessly for about an hour before the small amount of fuel I put in it was consumed. The unit looks to be well made and I am happy with my purchase. I am currently waiting for my electrician to wire in a interlock kit and outdoor 50 Amp receptacle in. I'll test out the unit loaded after that. I will update my review if possible as I just originally came to register for my warranty but was offered a free cover for a review.

I bought this a couple of months ago in order to prepare for the winter. I've only had to use it once but I love it especially the remote start capability and it's got 50 amp plug instead of just a 30. Awesome purchase I just love it. Getting ready for spring storms which can bring power outages. But I am ready!

Totally satisfied with purchase. The push button start & remote start features worked flawlessly. So much easier to start that traditional recoil or pull start. Showed my wife how to start it and she had no issues either. She never was able to run our old generator. Bought it in preparation for the 2024 hurricane season and feel confident that it will handle our needs if electrical power is loss.
