I bought this generator in late July 2023. It was easy to assemble wheels and easy to move. It has a remote start which is great. It started right up and ran great. It is a little loud, but has 3 types of fuel in can take and is powerful enough to run our 2 person home. I feel more at ease going it to hurricane season this year.

My wife and I have talked about getting a generator for a long time, being that we live on the East coast, so we decided to purchase now or never. I spoke with several folks about portable generators and it came down to price and quality, which left me to choose between Westinghouse and a near competitor, as both had excellent reviews... although I do like reading negative feedback, I prefer constructive criticism over do not buy this product because that's a fatalistic mentality... likely it's the user not the product, which is what I find more often is the case, as a maintainer. I have not started the generator as I have been busy but I plan to start it up tonight. I assembled the generator last night but did not hook up the battery, as I wanted to wait until I was ready to start it, which requires connecting and a charge first. Nevertheless, I am excited to see what this generator is capable of. I will add a video when I start it up tonight (if possible).

Bought this because we live in an area that loses power during hurricanes and was tired of living in heat and with no hot water or cold food. Came boxed securely and in great condition, Easy to set wheels and if you follow instructions operates as stated.

This generator is right off the factory floor. Simple to assemble and came with everything needed for immediate operation (minus fuel). It even came with oil to add but shipped dry for storage until needed. Simple to assemble as I'm a disabled vet and did it in my kitchen using the cardboard in the box to hold it up as I attached the legs and wheels on my own. Didn't break a sweat for something almost 300 lbs and it's designed to move easily. I'm impressed with the simplicity of the design as I'm also a technician for diesel and heavy equipment and don't see any complex or complicated design anywhere that I'll have to worry about. It's even pretty, in my opinion!

This item is heavy-duty and even feels SOLID as you handle it. Arrived in good packaging, with clear instructions for getting started quickly. Very minimal assembly and preparation required before use. Following the instructions I had it ready and running in about 30 minutes.

I just set up the generator as per instructions and found that the battery was not charged so I decided to give it a pull and was pleased that it started right up. I am running it now to charge the battery and plan to run it each month so when I need it, it will be ready to go. So far, VERY PLEASED.

I have been interested in generators for a few years now and glad I found this product. The push to start key set makes it easy to operate so with a click of a button you are ready to go. While it is heavy, the wheels make it easy to maneuver into position wherever you need it.

I bought the generator just prior to hurricane Beryl. It performed extremely well. I was able to use propane which for me is a plus. I ran a window unit, refrigerator, lights and fans. It handled the situation with ease. I highly recommend this generator for anyone that is looking for the best for the money. I give it 5 stars!

Generator started right up. I didn't see any signs of damage from shipping. All the accessories were there. The noise is about what I expected. Size is nice and compact and easy to move around. The only trouble I had getting going was the manual states that 2 wires need to be connected to the battery terminals but they already were but no light came on when the power switch was turned on. Battery was charged. Traced the lines back and found they were unplugged from a connector. Should change the manual or put a bright colored tag on the wires stating they need to be connected.

After two weeks of having this generstor we got a bad storm and lost power. Within minutes it was powering the whole house. Love the trifuel flexibility. This thing is solid as a rock. I am happy with my purchase and looking forward to using it for many years to come. Setup took 5 minutes. Was very easy, they give you everything you need!
