This generator has everything I would possibly need to operate my home in the event of a loss of power. I chose a gasoline only generator because my home doesn't have access to natural gas, which made the purchase cheaper and/or allowed me to purchase a generator capable of producing a greater amount of wattage. After my 3rd time of being without electric I knew it was time to purchase one and the research and reviews pointed me to Westinghouse generators, and the price allowed me to purchase the size I need to operate all the essentials would need in a power outage!

I bought this generator to either keep the Texas heat at bay during the summer or the Texas cold out during power outages. I am currently running on propane while getting natural gas hook up made. It runs great and has plenty of power for my 41/2 ton unit. Remote start is awesome by the way.

Just got the generator for Christmas. Set it up and love it. Set up was really easy. I really love the remote start feature. The generator is extremely quiet. So glad I don't have to pull start anymore. It will be our back up generator for our house.

I baught this generator due to the fact ours stopped working last winter in the middle of a snow storm. Let me tell you it was no fun when it was -30 out no heat, no water, and no stove. That will not happen this year. Although we uave not used it yet, the generator is very sturdy, and was easy to get ready for use. I love that we have to option to use gas or propane. Heres to a warm power outage if it happens again.

I bought this a week ago and have not used it for a power outage yet. However, It started promptly with the key fob on the first attempt. No issues at all installing the supports, wheels, battery cables, oil and gas. Everything was included in packaging just as listed. I purchased based on the Westinghouse 3 year warranty and the positive review ratings. Even my wife is looking forward to the next power outage.

I bought this a month ago as I heard great things from my friend who had purchased it before me. So far, it's been working as promised. I found it quite reliable. It was able to power my air conditioning unlike my previous generator. As a bonus, it was also quite easy to install!

Bought this after several very bad fire years here in CA, causing us days, sometimes weeks of power shut down. Will power the entire house. Had a qualified electrician install a power lock out for the house so that it is safe and will not have an line feedback for PG&E workers. Was easy to set up, started on very first try with push button start. Love it!

Just received my wgen9500. Starts right up , has so many features for the price. Has visual gas gauge on top. Remote start, usb not sure if I would use that. But I could see my children being plugged in. Has a main breaker. My only issue is for the wheels it should be on one rod. It's split. If that is my only problem with it I'll take it.
