While I haven't had the chance to use the generator as intended during a power loss, my only use was power my travel trailer. Everything about it tells me that this is a quality product. It started right up and ran flawlessly for the duration. The real test will come to power my house when needed and I expect nothing but the best result.

I bought this to use being that I live in a rural area and we have a lot of hurricanes and this product meets my needs and more, it was easy to put together and it is well put together. Everything worked awesome when I hooked it together for a test run making sure everything works in the event that it's ready when needed and it was. Just praying that we don't have any hurricanes but I will be ready if so. I highly recommend this product!!

Typing this review because today I just received my WGen9500TFc. All I gotta say is wow this thing is a beast heavy super heavy came in damaged so that's a good start other than that can't complain, I wanted to turn it on to try it out but the oil it comes with is not enough so I have to buy more to break in the motor and see how it hold up

If I were to build my portable generator with the options and accessories that I wanted, it would look like this kit here. I am using this unit on NG and powering my whole house during power outages. It is THOUSANDS less than a built in whole home generator, and does everything I need it to do on those few times that I need it for a fraction of the cost. And I don't need to keep and store gallons of gasoline anymore.

This is my lifeline. Just purchased this last month and just went through Hurricane Debby here in the Florida keys. I felt safer knowing a had a reliable source to keep critical equipment working inside my home should the power go out following such a natural disaster. Thank you Westinghouse!

This was purchased as a gift for me in September of 2021. It has never been in service. It only has 244 hours. It has only been started periodically to maintain everything. I have followed all the recommended Westinghouse procedures for storage. This is electric start. Why has the battery failed so soon? Shouldn't the battery be under warranty? I have attached pictures. You'll see in one that the factory installed protective tape is still on the outlets.

I bought this a couple weeks ago. I took it out of the box and assembled the few things that needed to be put on. It is a very nice generator. It started great. I used the key fob that came with it and it started right up. I'm so glad that after reading the reviews I made this purchase. (WGen9500)

I bought this generator to replace one that I gave to my daughter. This generator comes with great features: push button electric start, fuel gage, smart switch outlet, data center to keep easy record of hours ran and maintenance timer, battery charging port to charge battery (came with generator), and CO sensor indicator. Perfect for my needs when we might lose power, which is always possible during the summer/fall as I live in an area known for hurricanes.

we purchased this generator due to the numerous power outages we are having in our area due to severe weather that seems to be coming more regular than in the past. We are having a disconnect box installed, so we can just plug and go without having to worry about running extension cords all over the place - this will be so much safer for us and our pets

First time generator purchasers here but, I have to admit this baby looks like a beast!! I am confident this much power will do much more than just keep the lights on with the bonus remote start to keep me out of the elements! Next step, electrician to hardwire this bad boy straight to the fuse box leaving me with peace of mind smart switchover and peace of mind.
