I purchased this generator on June 01, 2020 and recieved it on June 05, 2020. Incredibly fast service. We purchased this generator after reviewing several models by multiple competitors. The WGen9500 fit our needs. Iwill update my review when I actually use it.

We just picked up this new generator on July 9th, put the wheels and stops in place, gassed and oiled up checked overall. For first time cranking in 1 second was purring along, tested the electrical voltage output by plugging in various items like fans drills etc. Worked flawlessly even tried remote control is perfect, what a great replacement for my old Gen set. Hope this is going to last for many years to come. Thanks for a great product Riley and Kiriam M.

I bought the Tri-fuel 13k Watt portable generator a week after Hurricane Berryl came through Houston and left me and my family without power for 6 days. So happy I did. After having electrician and plumber come out, I tested the generator. Wow! Able to run my entire house from natural gas line hookup with no issues. For reference, I have approximately 1900 sq/ft home, gas appliances, and one central AC unit. Very happy my family and I will have peace of mind for any future power outages.

If I were to build my portable generator with the options and accessories that I wanted, it would look like this kit here. I am using this unit on NG and powering my whole house during power outages. It is THOUSANDS less than a built in whole home generator, and does everything I need it to do on those few times that I need it for a fraction of the cost. And I don't need to keep and store gallons of gasoline anymore.

I wrote my 1st review when I first got the Generator 14 days ago. I had to wait for the Master Electrician to come and finish the setup needed. I am so Happy. Today was the day. August 21, 2024. I was able to turn it on and hear it roar. It was awesome. I am now complete.

Bought this due to numerous Southern CA power outages for fire prevention. Decided on the WGen9500 because it would power most everything in my house. I compared a lot of units in regards to pricing, features and reviews and the WGen9500 gave you the best bang for your buck!!! Love that it has 4 outlets, that's hard to find!! and a remote start! Just received it so haven't had a chance to use it yet. Would like to say shipping needs a to be addressed. While there was nothing wrong with the unit itself, the box was open on both top and bottom and numerous tears in the cardboard around the box. Oil was also spilled on areas of the unit, the oil cap was not on tight enough. Even though there was a tag saying oil was drained for shipping, apparently there was still some left in it, Cleaned it up with disinfectant wipes.

I have yet to hook it up but bought this hoping that it would be able to run my house during frequent power outages, needed it to power the AC, Fridge, Internet and Garage. Upon talking to my Electrician he said that it will be more than ample. Super stoked to get the hookup installed!

Purchased just before Hurricane Beryl hit Houston. Fortunately my power came on just as I received it. But I've assembled and tested it and I'm very pleased and relieved that I'm prepared for the next outage. Hooked up to outdoor bbq natgas outlet for uninterrupted power. Great product. Will run most everything in my house including a window AC purchased for this purpose.

I just purchased this to power my off grid shop. My Dad has the 7500 and we loved it. I was able to run my aor conditioner, Millermatic 220v welder, and everything else I the shop using the rv 30 amp plug in The 9500c has a 30 amp and 50 amp plug.

Generator was delivered within six day. After I got it out of the box it was less than an hour and everything was set up, gassed and oiled. Started up and ran smooth on the first try! I was amazed that for the size of the generator how quite it is!! Can't wait to use it and put it thru it's paces.
