Purchased generator to provide power to the house through a 50 amp service in case of outage. Followed assembly and setup instructions. Hooked up to a propane tank to test until I get the natural gas hookup completed. The generator fired up on the first try and ran smooth. Very happy so far, just need to finish the break in period before use

I bought this generator a month ago. I have started it using natural gas and regular gasoline and it started right up each time. Assembling the required parts was easy however the unit is heavy so it takes some effort if you're doing it alone. Reading the directions prior to starting the unit the first time is a must to ensure the proper sequence is followed. I have placed it under a small load so far and it handled the load effortlessly and it is relatively quiet. Over all I am pleased with the product.

I bought this a month ago, 5 day power outage, ran what we needed in the house and kept freezer frozen. It did have a shutdown one day, not sure, we had to go in and clean spark plugs, drain oil, clean air filter and it started, this was after only 24 hours.

I recently bought this item because I live in Florida. I went through Irma and Ian being with out power for at least 10 days each time. We had a generator that ran just a few items. Checking reviews and features I picked this generator to run my whole house and be able to use multiple fuel sources. I hope I do not need to use, but if I do, it will be awesome to have. And it looks very nice.

I bought this generator in early September to operate my 5th wheel trailer. It has been doing a great job. We run the generator approximately 24 hours a day for two weeks following Hurricane Laura. The generator did well at running the majority of my electrical circuits. I run two A/C units (13.5amp & 15amp units) during the day and one overnight with no issues.

Just received this generator. Unloaded it, followed the set up instructions and it fired right up!! I used all three methods; pull start, electric start and remote start, no issues. Holds voltage as advertised. I don't want to lose power to my home but am ready when it happens!!

Generator was delivered and has been set up and serviced with the supplied oil. Added newly purchase gas today. Went through starting procedures and the generator started up. Used electric cord with light to check out 110 power and light lit up. Everything works so far.

My new tri-fuel generator just arrived and I'm excited to get it set up and running. Living in hurricane country on the Gulf Coast, I decided to buy life-style insurance and ensure if I do get hit by a hurricane that I'll be able use this generator to power my life's necessities during the recovery. I chose the tri-fuel to ensure I wouldn't likely be caught up in gasoline or propane shortages or long lines. I just need to throw the switch to natural gas - if required. Like home and car insurance, I hope I never need this generator. However, I can now rest more easily knowing it's ready when/if I need it. Be aware that it is very heavy (sturdy/durable/etc). I'm likely going to need helping getting the wheels on, but I'm looking forward to having it ready.

Bought this to be prepared for Hurricane season. By doing a lot of reach this brand was the best option for us, and have told others about. We did a test run after the electrician finished putting a flip switch in and it started right up and ran everything we wanted it to run.

So far this little generator has run smoothly and impressed with features i was not even aware of like remote start and automatice choke. I expexted more of a stripped down machine but thats not what i have at all. Its also pretty light weight for its max output range. I am used to the older heavy and bulky gens that would rattle themselves to pieces. This ones smooth as can be while running. Albeit i have only placed it under a mild continual load for testing purposes.
