I purchased this generator a year ago after a storm knocked out our power for several hours. I reviewed it as 5 stars then after unboxing it and doing a few trial runs on appliances but I'm here now to really boast this generator. I live in North East Ohio and on 8/6/24, a nasty storm rolled in and devastated our area and many surrounding. I pulled the generator out, plugged it in to the house and with ease, my entire house was powered. I will say, I don't live in the biggest house, but I was able to power everything- all appliances, air conditioning, 2 fridge/freezer combos, stand up freezer, the list goes on and on. This generator ran from 6:30pm 8/6/24 until almost 7pm on 8/9/24 while only shutting it down to fill with gas. Out of the 72 hours we were without power, my product ran for about 70 of those. It consistently ran for 12 hr periods before refilling with fuel. I was skeptical about how long the product details stated it would run on a full tank but I'm here to verify it. Refilled twice a day and ran all day/night. Family of 4 (including 2 under 2yrs old) is extremely satisfied with this product. If anything were to ever happen to this generator, I would turn around and buy it again (or bigger). If I could leave a higher star rating to put this review at the top of the list, I would. I could go on and on about this product but I just wanted to share my story/experience with this generator this past week.

I picked this generator up a few days ago, easy to set up, and I fired it up, using the remote button and hooked up to Propane. It fired right up! I let it run for about 15 minutes plugged in a couple of things, a small heater, and it never flinched. Even if I never have to use it, it is great comfort to know I can keep my family warm in the winter and cool in the summer and be able to have hot water and run most appliances with this baby! Being a tri-fuel product, I am in the country and don't expect to use the natural gas but it's a good feeling knowing I can use gasoline or propane.

Have not had to use generator yet, but tried a practice run to see what the generator will run. We had hoped for lights,refrigerator, and small window A/C. We were very delighted that it was able to run everything we wanted. Starting generator was very easy. Also as a side note, we had already installed a separate box for generator and had shut off of main power so there is no back feed. Hopefully we won't have to ever use it during storms but good knowing we have a back up available.

I bot the WGen10500 and it ran perfect for a 30 hour break in, Unfortunately, it was stolen before I wrote down the serial #. So, I bot another but ordered the WGen9500. It's running now on natural gas for a break in period adding little loads gradually. Great running machine! The automatic choke is amazing. Thank You, Henry Boenning

Bought it 4 months ago and delivers as promised. Powerful yet not too noisy. It will be mainly used as our home's back-up power in case the grid goes down due to inclimate weather. It's able to power all the essentials we require in the house... 2 fridges, 1 freezer, a microwave oven, most of the lights, the electric water heater and some electronics.

Just received this generator 4 days after placing the order. Very easy and quick to install the back wheels and the front stands. Fill in the provided oil, and just a little gasoline, the generator started with a little delay. Tried the control using the remote fab, working like a charm. Still need to install the natural gas connection and check out the NG functions. I am impressed by the generator already.

We had the generator delivered on a pallet, it took longer to uncrate and unbox it than it did to get set up and running. Put the engine oil in and connected the battery and straight to propane, 15 minutes and we had a running generator. It even came with push button start.

Received my generator to back up our home due to trees always falling on our power lines in Michigan. Very solid and powerful unit of only had the chance to use it once before the power went out on New Year's Eve. The generator would not start, had the battery charger plugged in. Pull start was dead too spent the night by candles.

We are very excited with this generator. It took a very short time set it up. Love the key fob starting, it works just fine. I wanted a generator that is tri-fuel. We are having the natural gas line installed this weekend. We just had a 50amp connector installed a week ago. Looking forward to being ready should the need arise!

I originally bought this generator after we had an extended power outage that spoiled all the food in our fridge. Now I found other uses such as running a generator where I don't have 220 outlets handy. Only complaint is that it is a little loud but that is the case for all generators of this size so I can't really knock it there. Great unit!
