I bought this in Dec. 2023 and im glad i did. it runs on all three resources of gasoline, propane and natural gas. This unit will run my whole house except % ton A/C. I live in Texas and we have rolling power outtages and i will be warm on winter and cool in summer with ceiling fans. it comes assembled except wheels and very easy to put together. it also comes with oil and a funnel. It is battery started push button and has a key fob so you dont have to go outside to start or stop. I use natural gas because its convenient for me and the generator will start quickly. My wife can easily use this generator if im not around.

So the generator purrs like a kitten. Overall it is not that loud. I have it about 20 feet from my house and you can barely hear it inside. It looks pretty, as if that matters, and has a lot of hookups to connect multiple size connections. The push button start, remote start and manual start are all great to have. Push button makes it so easy to start. I have not tested it with a load yet as our power has not gone out, nor have I had it at a job site yet, but so far I give this generator 5 stars. I gave it 4 for portability because of its weight, but honestly all generators are heavy so not really a big deal. Wheels certainly help. Seems to be a great buy at a great price.

This unit was very easy to assemble - add wheels and legs and you are good to go. I found the instructions easy to follow, with clear guidelines on what you should and should not do. It started the first time using the electric start in under 3 seconds. At 9500 running watts, I can power a good portion of my house via a transfer switch (not yet installed).

My generator just got delivered a few days ago. Quick easy assemble and started on the first try with one push of a button. It was the only time I ran it so far and have not ran it with a load yet but have nothing but good things to say about it so far

Shipped straight to home and arrived in excellent condition. Starting is unbelievably easy with the remote control. It delivers all the power I need and more. I can run my well, HVAC, sewage lift station and pretty much my whole house. Awesome documentation including a very thorough user manual and maintenance log. Westinghouse is a brand that has a proven reliability record and this will give me peace of mind for many years.

I purchased the WGen9500 based on other customer reviews, price, and features. In addition to the generator being able to produce 240 volts to run my well pump, I really like the fact that it features 4 110 volt outlets, and 2 different 240 volt outlets. The electric start and auto choke are great features two, and the remote start too. I appreciate the fact that there is also a backup pull start feature. The user manual is well written and very detailed.

After two weeks of having this generstor we got a bad storm and lost power. Within minutes it was powering the whole house. Love the trifuel flexibility. This thing is solid as a rock. I am happy with my purchase and looking forward to using it for many years to come. Setup took 5 minutes. Was very easy, they give you everything you need!

My WGEN9500 was purchased online on Monday they delivered it on Friday. Easy set up came with oil, wrenches, wheels, and battery. Starts 3 ways all started the generator with no problem! Has lots of handy features plus a very generous warranty program of 3 years motor and gen. Well worth the money!!!

Great product, great instructions on putting together with supplied tool kit. Easy and only took 10 minutes. Put the supplied oil in and gas in the tank. used the remote start and it fired right up. We are now ready for the power outages from the storms.

I bought this a couple weeks ago because we consistently lose power about once or twice a year. This one has the additional capacity to use natural gas, which is a neat option and it comes with all the necessary hoses. Assembly was a good father son project for me, and my nine-year-old. It fired right up for the break-in period. Now I'm just waiting to need to use it
