After looking at many generators, I settled on the WGen9500, and it appears that I made the right choice. I received it in 2 business days after ordering and everything was in perfect condition. It only took about 10 minutes to install the wheels and feet. I then filled it with the provided oil, which by the way was in a container with the exact amount it required [1.1 liters] and fresh gas, opened the gas valve and it started immediately on the first try and ran perfectly. It is surprisingly quieter than my previous generator and I am very pleased with this product.

Sold a 20 year old 4500 watt… The WGEN9500 seems as quiet, with a bigger tank and the same ease of starting. Test was a 1/2 hp compressor for 60 mins. The old gen would gun up when the compressor kicked on - the 9500 does not even notice. If you have an older generator.. now is the time to upgrade. I am not much of a prepper.. but let's face it, if you can cover a day or two outage with a generator you will save your fridge, your hotel costs and - like this February maybe keep your pipes from freezing. That is why i doubled my old capability. These outages are getting a lot worse….

Absolutely stunning. We lost power for 8 days last time we had a hurricane and promised ourselves not to suffer anymore without power. We paid to our electrician to make the electrical connections and is very simple to use when we lose power. It's 3 fuel, so you can connect this generator to your natural gas, or buy a propane gas cylinder or gasoline and that's it. Just make sure to change the oil regularly or as needed and you will not be without power any more, and PLEASE BE CAREFUL, when you need to use it, do it at least 20' from your house (windows and doors)

I bought this a couple weeks ago. I took it out of the box and assembled the few things that needed to be put on. It is a very nice generator. It started great. I used the key fob that came with it and it started right up. I'm so glad that after reading the reviews I made this purchase. (WGen9500)

First time generator purchasers here but, I have to admit this baby looks like a beast!! I am confident this much power will do much more than just keep the lights on with the bonus remote start to keep me out of the elements! Next step, electrician to hardwire this bad boy straight to the fuse box leaving me with peace of mind smart switchover and peace of mind.

Just received this and it started up first button push on gasoline. Seems like a great generator and will be testing it out further soon. It's setup currently in case of emergency with one power cord brought within reach. I'm disabled on oxygen and always get concerned when we lose power. My electrician will be setting it up on an automatic transfer switch here after a bit. Looking forward to seeing it in action, especially with a working remote key fob starter.

I bought this generator about a month ago for our food trailer, and with the winter storm here on Texas last week, boy am I sure glad we did! It saved all of our fridges and freezers and kept our food trailer warm so no problems from freezing water! It started right up on the first try from day one! I've already recommend this generator to several people, and would buy another one if we needed it.

I purchased this generator to run my home in the event of a power outage in Illinois. This has already come to serve us in a 3-day power outage from straight-line wind storm. The generator ran practically my whole home. I was able to run my furnace, refrigerator, garage, stove & bedrooms. I run gas stove, water heater, LED lights, etc so it did take up too much wattage. I shut it off at the broker when we are running on the generator & individually run items. I am very happy with this generator so far!

I bought this after Hurricane Beryl to be ready for the next power outage. I chose this model after a lot of research. It is portable, so if we move, we still have it. The goal is to hook this generator up to our fuse box and natural gas line, but that will require both an electrician and a plumber visit. I chose this model because we can still use it to power appliances if the power goes out before we have the work on the house done.

Having completed the five hour break in period (at zero load, 1500w, 3000w, 4000w,4500w and 4650 w) and allowing gen to run at no load (cool down) for 8-10 minutes before turn off each separate day--everything good. On third day let it warm up for 10 minutes and switched over to the 30 amp for my house. It ran the boiler, two refrig's, freezer, numerous lights, two air cleaners and the microwave on full power for 3 minutes (the well pump was not used--it will be a large draw at 3/4 hp.
