Bought this proactively for the coming hurricane season. No more worries about living days Or weeks without power in 100 degree weather. This unit is large enough to run my central air conditioner and refrigerator and TV all at the same time! Peace of mind- we'll be the envy of the neighborhood if it happens to us again .

I have set up gas lines for several of these generators and all of my customers have been very happy with the quality and performance of these generators. I just purchased one myself after the current storm and I am looking forward to using when we don't have power like we just did for 6 days.

We did a lot research before buying this generator. We love the ease of the push to start as well as the remote start. We were afraid it would be difficult to use but it couldn't be easier. This generator is extremely well built and we couldn't be happier with our purchase.

I'm in Florida and have been putting off getting a generator so I finally got this one. I've done lots of research and made my order. So far I haven't had to use it in an emergency but I've ran it through some scenarios and it does everything I need!!!

I brought this generator a couple of days ago and I am so glad that I did. The setup and installation was very easy to do. I love the remote start features and easy setup. Also, just a bit of advice, please adhere to the schedule maintenance for your generator's life span.

Bought this to run my Miller 211 welder, and it works like a champ, plus I use the remote on/off when working on the roof, so I don't have to run up and down a ladder, and I save fuel plus run time. I also like that the generator charges the battery while running.

Bought this in September and had transfer switches installed on the house. Have not yet needed it but did prep it for operations and started it up. The battery wasn't charged so I had to manually start it. It started on the 2nd pull and ran like a top (with no load on it.) I'm sure this will perform well under load but I really hope it never has to.

I live in Florida where hurricanes can sometimes knock out power for weeks so I bought this generator to be able to continue a normal life with heat, a/c, and lights and refrigeration. Hope I don't need it anytime soon but it's good to know I am prepared.

I bought this after a five-day power outage due to a hurricane. I wish I had purchased it before the hurricane! The unit is very well built and sturdy and I especially like the tri-fuel option so I can use natural gas if needed in emergencies. Gasoline gives more power output but gas will be scarce in the severe weather events that we have here in Texas hurricane.

I just purchased my first portable generator. I was advised to buy a Honda or Briggs&Stratton. When I googled dual fuel generators, Westinghouse popped up. Did research on all three and found that the other two didn't have dual fuel generators. Bob Villa ranked Westinghouse third out of ten generators. Said the Westinghouse 9500 was best the bang for your buck. I picked it up six days after I purchased and looking forward to it keeping a number of things running when and if we lose power. Also be good to use at the deer lease.
