I bought the Tri-fuel 13k Watt portable generator a week after Hurricane Berryl came through Houston and left me and my family without power for 6 days. So happy I did. After having electrician and plumber come out, I tested the generator. Wow! Able to run my entire house from natural gas line hookup with no issues. For reference, I have approximately 1900 sq/ft home, gas appliances, and one central AC unit. Very happy my family and I will have peace of mind for any future power outages.

Purchased and assembled but not used yet. This generator is very solid and easy to set up, except would be much easier for two people vs. one to lift and install the wheels and feet. I did it by myself (I'm 70) and took some creativity. It is impressive and I'll fire it up when I get the transfer switch installed. No sense letting the gas age.

I purchased this generator on June 01, 2020 and recieved it on June 05, 2020. Incredibly fast service. We purchased this generator after reviewing several models by multiple competitors. The WGen9500 fit our needs. Iwill update my review when I actually use it.

I'm just getting the generator put together and running today after having it almost a month. It has just about every feature and started on second pull. Starts very quickly now. One note: make sure the battery is connected. The connection was almost hidden but it has to be connected to continue running. Looking forward to using it. It looks great, now if it will run great and for many years it will be worth buying.

We just picked up this new generator on July 9th, put the wheels and stops in place, gassed and oiled up checked overall. For first time cranking in 1 second was purring along, tested the electrical voltage output by plugging in various items like fans drills etc. Worked flawlessly even tried remote control is perfect, what a great replacement for my old Gen set. Overall very happy with purchase, have not had to use yet but set up was pretty easy although it was a little glitchy with the remote start set up and we had to call for tech support. We followed the directions on the manual but it needed to charge for a while.

I appreciate how quick the product arrived to my home. Installing the tires and foots was easy. An adding the motor oil was quite simple. I haven't added gas yet to start it but overall I'm so far impressed with the product. Youtube videos helped me to understand the product features. The videos also help me in deciding to purchase the product. I also want to commit on the shipping, it arrived in excellent condition. I want to say THANK YOU to the shipping company.

I bought this generator about 5 months.It was a big investment.On a generator that will sit until an emergency arises and boy did it.I did research on this and I want a multi fuel generator .I needed something thats going to handle whatever I can throw at it.since I have 2 year old twins and a 3 year old including my wife and I.With heavy winds and power going out and not getting fixed for atleast 3 days.The generator worked way more than expected.It took everything I threw at it and could've took more..Perfect ,awesome great generator.Now I won't have to worry about power going out anymore.

Bought the WGen9500C a couple weeks ago and it's already served very well. Used it during a short power outage during a storm to power a few items in the house. Serves very well in my wood shop, which I have't been able to use for over a year without power to my shed. Look forward to using this generator even more throughout the year.

I have been wanting to bug a Generator for years. I wish I had done this sooner. I am very pleased with the Westinghouse wgen9500. Also shipping was so fast- I expected 2-3 weeks abs 4 days later I got a call that it was ready to deliver. Should've done this years ago!
