Awesome features like a remote start and a smart smart switch ready, and really powerful. I'll use it as a backup generator for my house plus the added value of it still being portable. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought this generator for hurricane season and it filled my needs perfectly. It was easy to set up and connect to my generator port to power all my essential loads like refrigerator, freezer, lights and internet with plenty of power to spare.

Purchased mine 6-30-26 for hurricane season preparations and so far im happy with the initial start up and easy to use. Seems solid and easy to use and should stand to last a while.

This is a great value for what this product is. We'll easily back up and power our entire house and the remote start and standby charger is an excellent feature

We did not open the generator for several months after we bought it until we actually needed it. We had a small broken piece on the propane quick connect. Support answered the phone right away and was exceptionally helpful!! We are very pleased with our generator thus far!

I needed a new generator & a friend of mine who is a mechanic has had 2 for a couple of years, he couldn't say enough good things about it. So I bought one to replace our old one, it lasted over 20 years. I'm using it to power our house during the storms & my hunting camp over the season. I know it's going to do great.

As a 78 year old, love the remote start option - main reason for purchase. Also had electrician hook up an outside box to plug into electrical panel, eliminating cords and plug all over house. All just in time for hurricane season and the excellent power of this generator will operate all essential electrical needs.

After researching and comparing multiple generators, I decided to purchase this generator. The capability to use gas, propane, or natural gas was a big plus since I live in Florida and do have a natural gas supply. Sometimes gas and/or propane is difficult to find in the immediate area right after a hurricane. The output will be more than enough to run the refrigerator a couple of portable A/C units and lights if our power goes out.

I did a lot of shopping online and found this to be the generator to be able to take of my family during an emergency. It offered more, at a better price point than others on the market. Had it running an hour after delivery, Loved the push button and key fob start, but also has emergency pull start if battery is not charged. I know I'll be ready for any future emergencies

I just bought this to replace my Firman generator. I much prefer the control layout, especially the natural gas inlet. My gas hose is 3/4" so I have to upsize the inlet quick connect. The gas inlet port on the Westinhouse is right out in the open and very easy to swap out. The gas port on the Firman was PITN to change out. The 9500 Westinghouse is about the same size and weight as my old Firman 7500.
