It's cheese that doesn't have casin protein bcm7, an organic opoid that typical dairy cows are bred to have so the dairy is more addictive. Important if you don't want to be addicted to your dairy.

This is SO creamy & good!It's great melted on pizza,in pasta dishes,or even topped with some jam or honey & eaten as a sweet/savory dessert^_^.Anyone would enjoy this soft cheese whether you're a young child or a adult.

This used to be a nice, mild, and creamy goat cheese. Very strong gamey flavornow and not as creamy. Will not buy again

Honestly, the worst tasting goat cheese I've ever tried. I ended up just throwing it out. Will not buy again.
