Perfect for making base Alfredo, which is heavy cream, real butter, and Chèvre unlike Parmesan, this melts smoothly and I grate Parmesan for individual topping. I have used it in egg dishes and some baked casseroles. I find it absorbs spices well. I personally use goat milk butter also and A2 heavy cream or A2 half and half for the sensitive tummy’s for my Alfredo sauce, Cajun spice or Italian depending on your taste buds.

Great tasting goat cheese !! There is a lot of cheese in this package so I put it into the freezer just to get it slightly firm. I then cut into slices and put them into a foodsaver bag. This enables me to get out just the amount that I need. This prevents the delicious cheese from spoiling before I need it. I am the only one in my family that eats it. It is DELICIOUS, especially in scrambled eggs.

Love this cheese! I've been buying it for a year now. Creamy and delicious! If you're lactose intolerant, this is the cheese for you. Great on salads!

I love this cheese. I soften it up and add spices and use it on sandwiches or as a snack on a cracker. Oh and I leave a little plain. Because I just love it. I'm lactose intolerant and was excited to find a good cheese I can eat. I don't care for the plant based cheese. Plus it's so expensive and doesn't last long in the fridge. This goat cheese does.

This goat cheese tastes the best! I cut it into four portions and freeze because I am the only one who uses it.

This log of fresh goat cheese is an amazing price and is really delicious in my stuffed jalapenos, salads and on bagels!

Nice and creamy...used in lasagna for family dinner and the second log for a cheese log for New Year's Eve. I rolled it in chopped dried apricots, chopped craisins, slivered almonds and a bit of cinnamon.

Goat cheese is a staple in our house and Sam's has it at a great price.

I love this goat cheese - the flavor is incredible and the texture is always perfect. My only dilemma is how to get it out of the package without leaving so much behind. If anyone has an easier way, I'd appreciate it! Otherwise, I will continue to buy it - it's great!
