Mix this cheese with some olive oil, be generous, some salt and some herbs of choice and it makes the best spread for crackers or sourdough toast.

This goat cheese has a very nice, lingering smooth aftertaste. I can it it straight out of the packaging for a snack and it is quite good. Great to enhance any meal or salad.. just mix it right in at the end and it melts in.

You cant beat this price for goat cheese. I will usually crumble some on top of tomato or tortilla soup. A very simple goat cheese but adds a lot to a meal still.
