Flavor wise was good but literally lasted a week than went moldy?

Absolutely delcious with freshly cooked and slices beets, thyme and delicious South Dakota clover honey I made for an appetizer tonight!! Mouth watering!!!!!

I just purchased this at Sam’s today. I had only ever bought the hard cheese you have to slice. This is a softer cheese in a roll you just crumble off. It is absolutely the best goat cheese I’ve ever eaten. Will definitely buy again. Delicious Connie Dorathy

I think it’s wonderful I love it would like to see more on the shelves seem like it sells out very quickly, please keep this item stocked I would buy more than just one log of goat cheese at least 3 to 4 at a time, it’s so good I don’t want to run out of it .. LoL…

It’s alright but it’s definitely not as “tangy” as normal goat cheese… it doesn’t crumble like typical goat cheese either so I guess if you’re looking for something that’s spreadable this works but reminds me more of like a mozzarella rather than goat…. I know it says made with goat milk but really way too mild tasting for my liking.

This is SO creamy & good!It's great melted on pizza,in pasta dishes,or even topped with some jam or honey & eaten as a sweet/savory dessert^_^.Anyone would enjoy this soft cheese whether you're a young child or a adult.

It's cheese that doesn't have casin protein bcm7, an organic opoid that typical dairy cows are bred to have so the dairy is more addictive. Important if you don't want to be addicted to your dairy.
