The mattress is very comfortable and slept well. It was purchased for a guest bedroom along with the framed base. Even though the mattress was delivered in a box, you will need two people to get it in place. Best to remove plastic when it’s near the boxspring or frame. Otherwise it inflates pretty quickly once the plastic is removed.

For us, this mattress is perfect. Came out of the box, unrolled and was ready to use in about a day. We let it air out and fluff up, and switched out our old mattress the next day and have been happy ever since. There is no noticeable smell at all. It has a firm feel about is which I love, but also cradles around and supports your body. It's only been a few days that we've used it, but we are both happy campers.

Arrived in plastic, not a box. Sleeps wonderfully!! I only weigh 125, so it is perfect for me. It conforms to my body perfectly, allowing for great comfort. I had a sibling sleep on it for three nights who weighs 190lbs and they sleep so well that they bought one for themselves. So, no complaints as of yet. I don’t expect it to last past six years because of cost. But this is fine with me. The price was right!!!

I never expected to have a bed from a box, but here I am. It was nice to ditch the old mattress and not go in person shopping because this one was delivered right to my door. Now wrangling the heavy thing was a chore, but worth it! Moving it was easy after unwrapping because there are stirdy handles on the side making it easy to maneuvere. You can see the high quality cover and the layers between the coils and the foam 9n the 14 inch side. I've only had one night sleep but it was a big improvement in that i didn’t toss and turn. I plan on keeping this and I like that theres a 10 year warranty in case 9f quality issues.

This bed is an awesome deal for the quality of mattress it is. We spent around a thousand dollars on our mattress and this is very comparable. We actually already have a Zinus mattress in our guest bedroom as well and people always comment on how nice it is.

So far, she's getting a 4-star because of the way she feels and her weight, just right. My boyfriend and I are both under 150lbs. A definite quiet mattress for sure. We both really deserve this. I almost feel asleep twice just laying on it, a quick sneak lay down test! Lol. We have not slept on the mattress yet but we love it already.

Zinus is such a top tier memory foam mattress company, but this hybrid takes it even higher. It arrived in a compact, box then double bagged within to keep it squished. Took 2 of us to get it from the porch to bedroom. Once placed on the old box springs, cut open the bag as instructed and it was mere moments before it was fully inflated. The hybrid has built in springs that the full foam mattresses do not have and it adds to the comfort of this mattress. Within the first 3 nights, my husband no longer had any shoulder pain like he did with our previous mattress. The only downfall is the edge of the mattress sort of ‘drops off’ meaning if you lean too far over, you get the feeling you are going to fall right off the edge. It has held up really well. No foul smell when unwrapping it from the plastic.

This ZINUS Night Therapy Green Tea 14” Hybrid Mattress is one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in for a long time. It was easy to unwrap and let adjust to the location of it; see it comes vacuumed packed in a box and was very heavy to move. The size/shape was a little bigger than our other mattress but not an issue and surprisingly nice to dress. Again, it is very comfortable and somewhat like another companies 'form & spring system' bed, but seems durable and a one I would recommend to people.

Very fast shipping! I like that this mattress comes in a box and is very compact. I also like that it's a hybrid so you get the best of both worlds. It doesn't take long to form after you take it out. I tried it about 24 hours after unboxing and it felt fine. It's the perfect size and just right on the firmness. It's right in the middle of soft and firm scale.

I'll start with the packaging. The box was damaged at several spots. It did not come in a hard box so it would have been difficult for the delivery people to handle. The mattress itself was packed in plastic and then rolled in a plastic, so it was not dirty or dusty. There was a little notice that said the mattress performs kung fu cause it unrolls itself as the outer plastic is removed. That was funny. We unrolled it and left it for 2 days. It expanded to full size fairly quick. No smell whatsoever. This was good cause some people complained about smell. Ours did not have any. The mattress is firm. You dont feel that you sink in but when laying on the side, the heavier part of the body seems to sink in a bit, so I believe it contours to the body shape. I am 210 lbs and sitting on the edge, the mattress probably sinks 3-4 inches but holds up ok. Not sure how it will do for heavier folks. Other thing about edge support is that you wont feel like you would roll off the edge. My wife did not feel me getting in and out of the bed, so it holds up to movement without disturbing the other sleeper. We also did not feel hot or sweaty. The mattress is heavy. Two people are needed for sure to handle this. Weighs about 150 lbs. Overall, the mattress performs well out of the box. Can't say about durability but we expect it to last long.
