Sams handled our mattress return perfectly, but 2 mattresses were shipped to us by FedEx and damaged in shipment. I recommend Zinus mattresses at Sams online.

Love the mattress! Super comfortable, slightly bigger than a king, love it! Used to have a king and now with the cali king it’s a bit bigger but it does feel much bigger! We put a mattress topper on it, which made it a bit taller

I bought this mattress 2 weeks ago and from the first night I slept on it I knew I made the right decision. It came in a box but once I opened the plastic surrounding it, the mattress rolled open. There was no smell and I was able to sleep on it that night. Not too hard and not too soft it’s just right

I’m first going to start with the packaging. It arrived in a little rough condition. The box had one maybe 3 inch hole in it and other areas where you could see it was handled roughly. That didn’t affect the item quality what so ever. Setup was a breeze. We thought the mattress was going to pop out at us but it slowly filled with air making it easy to take off the remaining plastic. Need two people to carry it. I love the 14”, I’ve never had one this thick before. We put the mattress in our master bedroom. On the details it says it’s between soft and firm and that is true. It feels firm at touch but softer when you lay on it. Everything seems quality, the pillow top is soft and well manufactured. For being a bed that can be shipped and condensed it is a win!

This mattress is AMAZING! Perfect combination of firm and soft! Great hybrid mattress. It is so comfortable. When you lay down it feels cool and firm but molds to your body to make it even more comfortable. I will be buying more of these for the rest of the bedrooms in the house!!! Run and get this!

I slept on the mattress for a couple of weeks. I recommend that you do the same as the mattress feels different, even better, after it has settled into the room. For the type of "hybrid" mattress, I was a little disappointed as it felt much softer than what I was expecting. Standard internet pictures are really accurate of what it looks like, but it comes compressed in a box. Be careful and follow the instructions on how to unpack so you do not damage the mattress or get hurt when it expands. I would highly recommend that you pick this up in the store. I had it shipped to me and the box arrived damaged. Thankfully the vacuum seal was not compromised.

This ZINUS Night Therapy Green Tea 14” Hybrid Mattress is one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in for a long time. It was easy to unwrap and let adjust to the location of it; see it comes vacuumed packed in a box and was very heavy to move. The size/shape was a little bigger than our other mattress but not an issue and surprisingly nice to dress. Again, it is very comfortable and somewhat like another companies 'form & spring system' bed, but seems durable and a one I would recommend to people.

I'll start with the packaging. The box was damaged at several spots. It did not come in a hard box so it would have been difficult for the delivery people to handle. The mattress itself was packed in plastic and then rolled in a plastic, so it was not dirty or dusty. There was a little notice that said the mattress performs kung fu cause it unrolls itself as the outer plastic is removed. That was funny. We unrolled it and left it for 2 days. It expanded to full size fairly quick. No smell whatsoever. This was good cause some people complained about smell. Ours did not have any. The mattress is firm. You dont feel that you sink in but when laying on the side, the heavier part of the body seems to sink in a bit, so I believe it contours to the body shape. I am 210 lbs and sitting on the edge, the mattress probably sinks 3-4 inches but holds up ok. Not sure how it will do for heavier folks. Other thing about edge support is that you wont feel like you would roll off the edge. My wife did not feel me getting in and out of the bed, so it holds up to movement without disturbing the other sleeper. We also did not feel hot or sweaty. The mattress is heavy. Two people are needed for sure to handle this. Weighs about 150 lbs. Overall, the mattress performs well out of the box. Can't say about durability but we expect it to last long.

We decided on this mattress for our son. This is the perfect height for his platform bed. Please note If adding this ontop of a deep boxspring it may make your bed a little high and hard to get in to. The height of his bed with no boxspring is perfect to get in and out of with ease. He likes the firmness of the mattress as it is not too soft but also not real firm. The hybrid concept is a win win for those who want the softness of a memory foam but also the support of a coil mattress. The fact this mattress comes in a box makes it very easy to transport and install. Note that while it comes in a box it is quite heavy at over 100 lbs. Definitely need 2 people to lift the box. An amazing addition is that the mattress itself actually has handles on each side to make it easier to put into place or move as needed. We did not notice any smell when unboxing either. My son has used this for several weeks and has been getting quality sleep with no aches or pains. the only thing i can think of as a downside is that it does take a couple days to full compress. But it advises that you can use it in the meantime. Also when you sit on the edge or a corner it sinks a little more than other mattresses but that wouldnt be a reason not to purchase this mattress. You will not regret purchasing this thick of a mattress for such a great price.
