Just finished 6-1/2 years and 78,800 miles on a set of Michelin Primacy tires on my Accord. Quiet, steady performer for me. They still had tread on them but probably not so safe in wet weather with 18,800 miles past the warranty mileage of 60,000. New set of Michelin Premier AS put on in their place. If the new tires do as well as the old ones I will be plenty happy about that.

These are the OEM tires on the Tesla Model 3 Base with 18" wheels. I put 43,569 miles on the original tires before replacing them with the same ones. I am impressed with how quiet this tire is. The handling has been nothing but pleasant but full disclosure, I am an easy going driver, not so much aggressive to test the full potential of this tire.

I bought a 2018 Honda Accord Touring new with these tires. I drive pretty tame in Kansas...flat...no curves. I do a lot of gentle engine breaking and with a CVT there isn't much exciting about 0-60, so these tires live a boring life. The car lives in a garage too at night. I got about 35,000 on the original set and decided to replace with the same tire. I am at 68,000 and it appears I am about 4-5k miles from a third set. I used to run Goodyear Assurance Comfortred's and get the advertised mileage (80k) in older Accords when I used to travel highways all the time. I think 45-50k would be realistic on these tires. 35k just seems low. Also, once you get down to about 4-5mm of tread depth, the noise really picks up.

I drive 50,000 a year between all my cars. I replaced Michelin Energy Savers with the Primacy MXM4. I liked the Energy Savers. They did provide a measurable MPG improvement from the prior Pilot HX MXM4. That said the Energy Savers were a little noisier and less inspiring in the corners. The Primacy MXM4 is a superior tire in comfort, road noise and handling. Gas mileage is about the same or slightly less but the tradeoff in less noise and better comfort and handling is worth it.

I agree with a previous reviewer. These tires made a huge difference on my car years ago. But I just put the Primacy on my SUV and I getting lower gas mileage. Where I drive and how I drive hasn't changed. Only the tires. I enjoy the comfort of these tires but the price wasn't worth lower mileage.

I commute at least 150km daily in and out of the snow belt. Great tire! Smooth riding, quiet, wonderful handling- great for long trips. Replaced original 225 R17 on 2013 Jetta Diesel. A real relief after using the original tires from another manufacturer. These tires go for 100,000 km of highway driving on my cars. Never experienced a flat or the like. Always reliable. Used Michelin on our airplane as well. Selecting Michelin for the former Space Shuttle says a lot!

Too expensive for little performance. The tires came with the vehicle we bought. Great at the beginning but as the time passed the noise and performance got worse. Not even 29000 I had to replace them. Bought great tires from another Japanese tire company for a lot better price and excellent performance. GOOD BYE MICHELIN

To correct my review of the Premier which I just bought for my Camary, my review was for the Primacy for a Camary 2 1/2 years ago. I was more than pleased with the performance of the Primacy even when I hit the pothole and got a bubble in the tire, I was driving on that tire for 2 months until I bought the Premier. As far as tires for my car, I will stay with Michelin as long as I can afford them.

I first tried the Premier A/S 215/50 R/17 on a Ford Focus. This is a great tire but I did not have the handling and control I was used to. They are little softer and was getting some roll over. I want to thank Michelin for there great customer service satisfaction. With there 30 day satisfaction I was able to exchange the tires for the Primacy MXM4 215/50 R/17's and what a difference. The handling is great now. They are a little firmer than the Premier's but they are still smooth and quit. The handling is great and they are sure footed. They brought my Focus back to feeling like a sports car.

I have these tires installed on a 2005 Mazda6 for a year now. Generally use the car for daily commuting and the occasional long distance trip. The handling in wet and dry conditions are excellent and the tires absorb the road noise very well. The ride on the tires is exceptional at highway speeds. I would definitely recommend these tires.
