Wonderful slow cooker

First, I own other Ninja & Shark products. They have been great. However, I bought this Ninja Foodi 8-in1 Pro thinking I could use it like a "roaster" (avoiding using my range oven during the summer months). I've used it three times trying to make it "work". Using it like an oven at temperatures/times stated in recipes is impossible without the food sticking/burning on the bottom! The booklet that comes with it falls way short of covering the baking function. I called Ninja and they would just send me another one (returning my existing unit). No thanks, it's just a poor design. I would purchase another Ninja product if they would give me credit for this one. No such offer. Buy a roaster or another brand...NOT the "Ninja Foodi Possible Cooker Pro"!!!

So i bought this a little less than a month agp and have used this TWICE. Both times i have used it to slow cook. I set it to high and it was boiling and had fulling cooked 2 lbs of chicken breasts within an hour! I then turn it down to low and it hardly cooks at all. I called Ninja today and they are sending me a new one. I dont know if its the model they have at Sams that is the issue, but i would nog buy this from here.
