Works great, easy to use, very versatile. Great for cooking for a crowd or just the two of us. Like it so much I bought another for my daughter! I had an Instant Pot brand cooker (not the Instant Pot pressure cooker) that could never cook at the right temperature. My only gripe about the Ninja cooker is its height, takes up so much cabinet space. Be careful not to let liquids drip around the edge of the pot, it will end up down beneath the heating element in the bottom. Ninja might want to re-think that part of the design. Sam’s price for Christmas was excellent ($80) vs the sale price of $150+ on the Ninja website!

Love the product. The thing I like the most about the Ninja slow cooker is that you can brown and sauté right in the pot which makes for an easy clean up with no other pots that have to be used. It is large enough to cook a variety of food and have plenty of left overs.

I bought two of these at Christmas to replace my Wolfgang Puck Versa cookers that were WAY over due to be retired! They were a bargain and they work a little differently BUT they have all the features I needed and loved in my versa cookers! I love how easy they are to clean and only wished they had a MEDIUM setting for the slow cooker - the low is too low and the high is too high for my taste but I'm getting used to them still. AWESOME purchase!
