After allowing a couple days on the counter to ripen, I refrigerate.   Use as needed/wanted.

Make Avocados 🥑 the Right Price Again

The last 2 bags of avocados developed a "rotten" taste as soon as they softened enough to use. These never got that "nutty" flavor I usually get in an avocado.

Not so great this time

During avocado season, these were fantastic, delicious, and usable for up to a week. Now that season is over my last bag of avocados all had minor bruises, and when I cut into them, they all had black streaks and fibrous areas inside.  Had to throw them all on the compost pile.
