Need to leave them out to ripen. It only takes a couple of days. Then refrigerate.

Around this time samclub have avocado not good . Keep 5 days still hard and cannot eat .

Avocados are full of Omega which is great for the body.

They were great, But ripened very quickly. I had to throw half away in 2 days
