Excellent Avacado

We love avocados and have always loved Sam's but "perfectly ripe" my Aunt Hattie! NEVER got even close. Rock hard and couldn't even scoope it out with a grapefruit spoon...EVER! Put it in the veg drawer as instructed-- 5 days later still hard as a rock and couldn't cut one apart. Set them out on the counter for almost a week and still hard as ROCKS. Never got to eat one bite out of these. My husband said never again from Sam's. Very, very disappointed.

These are SPECIAL. How does SAMS consistently package multiple avocados in each bundle that ripen perfectly and are never damaged?! I buy these almost every time I shop at SAMS when they are available-which is almost always. The quality is unmatched. I put them on sandwiches, make guac, pair them with scrambled eggs, put them in smoothies, and eat them all by themselves. If you haven't tried these yet, you have been missing out on a real treat.

I bought 2 bags of the Peru avacados & they were both full of a stringiest mess & cracked dry on the inside. Had to throw them away because no refunds. I won't be ever buying Peru avacados again. I would give it 0 stars if I could. The best avacados are the ones from California, which are very rare at Sam's Club, but that is all I'm going to be buying from now on, and if Sam's Culb doesn't have California Avocados, I will buy them somewhere else.
