These new avocados don’t ripen. I threw them all out. I normally don’t leave awful reviews like this, but I know I would want to be warned. The ones they used to carry before were really good, I think they were from Mexico and California. These new ones are from Peru.

Dark brown in the center

Soft and black

Sam's avocados were great. I have bought them at Sam's for over a year and I have never had a bad avocado. But Sam's changed the brand of avocados, now they are from Peru. And I have had a terrible experience with these avocados. Something happens in the maturation process that does not end. So in the end, you have some seemingly ripe avocados, but hard on the inside and impossible to eat. From the last purchase I made, which was 14 days ago, I was only able to eat 1 avocado. I'm not going to continue spending my money on avocados, which I then have to throw away.

Too ripe. Had to throw all away!!!

I could not use these. They were too brown and mushy one day after purchase

Very soft and brown when cut open

Just in time ripe premium produce you can use immediately or within 3 days.

Sam's Avocados are the best all around and always fresh and unblemished!

Very fresh and delicious! Excellent value!
