I like the water and the bottles. However three of the bottles were half full. Sealed but only half full. How does that happen? Not worth taking back but I will try and check them next time.

We use to buy only smart water and we tried Members Mark Plus+ and found that it taste the same as the name brand. So we started saving some money and buying Members Mark.

I only drink a high-alkaline water and am so glad Sam’s has these at a reasonable price. The only thing I wish they would change is the thickness of the bottle. It’s a bit thin for my liking.

Love the size of the bottles and the taste of the water. If you aren't used to alkaline water, it does have a different taste than regular water due to the added electrolytes so it may be a bit off putting at first. I myself prefer this water. We have bought a couple of cases of this to keep on hand since our home water is not drinkable. I don't like buying water in plastic bottles, but this water is so good. We try to keep it on hand to help replenish our electrolytes when it is hot. Great for anytime though.

Great product, however bottles could be updated. I had a pack freeze overnight in the back seat of my car. To my despair when they defrosted the bottles had split at the seams and bottom and leaked all over my car. DO NOT allow these to freeze otherwise you will have a mess and be disappointed. This is the first pack of water I’ve encountered that has done this…

Argue about the pH level all you want, the REALITY of the situation is this is High Quality water that is HALF the price of anything else on the shelf and tastes A LOT better than anything coming out of your Britta here in LA... that being said... I've purchased this water many times to satisfactory up until now. Unfortunately over half of the case became DEFLATED, which was not the scenario at the time of purchase. Video shows the unopened water bottle contrasted with the stark, peculiar deflation..... Judge for yourself.... Has this happened to anyone else???? This water had A- potential, but sadly comes in at a C+

I got this water the first time because I wanted to try alkaline water and this was sold at a much better price than the others. I could drink tons and tons of this water if I wanted to. If you drink lots of water, then you know what I mean when i say this one tastes better than most others, all water DOES NOT taste the same. A minor criticism. I realize it's large, but I'd still love a sports top.

The water is exceptional in taste and I like the large amount. The issue is the bottle is so thin that when you go to unscrew the "Tamper Resistant Screw Top" the water goes all over the place. On me, my car and my floor. I get it....less plastic....I just don't like how its packaged and it such a mess to deal with! Over half of the case does this and I have been buying for awhile. Lately it has gotten worse!

I was purchasing from Dollar Tree and HEB in Texas. Those add up quick financially with each individual purchase and it wasn't enough for me. I am a heavy, heavy water drinker and when I saw these at Sam's with as many you get for the price, I snagged them and they are the best purchase I have ever made water wise. These taste wonderful, however they are whay they say. The PH is in fact 9.5 or higher and on an empty tummy it can make me a wee bit nauseous. As long as I eat before I drink, I'm okay. These are great. I got my mom on them too! :)
