This is the best price around for electrolyte-flavored water! I drink it to help keep my electrolyte levels up, I can't drink most of the options on the market due to taste sensitivity. Since I started drinking this at home when possible, my labs have gotten so much better!

When you need to regulate the ph balance, it's easiest to just drink water.. better if it's already balanced water to help. I don't know anything about this stuff but it sure helps me in a pinch
