Doesn't Dry fully

Just got this dryer and after a few times using I'm noticing a pattern that my clothes are never fully dry. I don't know if it has to do with the moisture element because it seems like water is being sprayed into the dryer. Is there anyway to fix this? The 3 star is because it's very nice looking but it not drying is my main concern.

Belt broke after 14 months

I bought this dryer in July of 2023, that's 14 months ago. The dryer belt just broke. Do with that what you will. The moisture sensor does not work very well for some settings especially the delecates setting. I always have to use time dry and put on the lowest temperature because the delicate cycle on the highest dryness setting still comes out slightly damp.

This dryer is saving so much time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer can hold so much and efficiently dries. I can easily fit in 2 laundry baskets worth of clothing with room for things to move and dry. There is plenty of space to accomodate a king size comforter. In my old dryer I would have to pull out and reposition the comforter multiple times and it would take hours to dry. I do still have to reposition once or twice but dry time was cut to under 2 hours to be completely dry. My previous lint trap was a nightmare to open, this one opens so easily so I can easily colelct all of the lint in the trap. One of my favorite features is the notification on my phone and Samsung TV's that the dryer cycle is complete. It's a nice reminder to get up and fold the laundry, but there are custom settings so that you can have the laundry continue to rotate to avoid wrinkles for a few hours if you aren't ready to fold.

Awful purchase

I wouldn't recommend this dryer. We've had it for almost a year now. It doesn't completely dry the clothes. It's even worse with blankets. The light doesn't stay on long enough. The Bluetooth is worthless because you have to be there to turn it on.

All pretty but not fuctional.

This dryer is more flashy than functional. I already had to get this dryer serviced for the second time for no heat. I want a refund or a different functioning dryer.

Love the pair

Large capacity
