[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sleek new dryer has a lot of features, and the The SmartThings app makes it easy to tell how much time is left in the drying cycle. I can also use the SmartThings app to send settings to the dryer and control the dryer from the app. I can use the app to create recipes and can even check usage history, filter status, and energy usage from the app. The dryer has a large capacity, which means I can dry several blankets in one load, and they are dry without having to add time. There are quite a few options to choose from as far as drying cycles, including a bedding cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer can hold so much and efficiently dries. I can easily fit in 2 laundry baskets worth of clothing with room for things to move and dry. There is plenty of space to accomodate a king size comforter. In my old dryer I would have to pull out and reposition the comforter multiple times and it would take hours to dry. I do still have to reposition once or twice but dry time was cut to under 2 hours to be completely dry. My previous lint trap was a nightmare to open, this one opens so easily so I can easily colelct all of the lint in the trap. One of my favorite features is the notification on my phone and Samsung TV's that the dryer cycle is complete. It's a nice reminder to get up and fold the laundry, but there are custom settings so that you can have the laundry continue to rotate to avoid wrinkles for a few hours if you aren't ready to fold.

The dryer has different options, including the Steam Sanitize, which we have used a few times. The dryer has a large capacity, so much that our king size bedding can easily fit. The SmartThings app helps us keep track of when the cycle is done and has a recipe feature which we are still learning. It does take a little extra time when drying a larger load, but hands down, this is a great dryer.

All in all the experiance cannot be beat. We love this amazingly fast laundry system that does its job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer has been on my radar for quite a while. It has amazing capacity, exactly what I need. It is big, beautiful and has a steam option for wrinkles! The controls are pretty simple to learn and setting up to my Samsung SmartThings App was a breeze. The on-TV screen notifications when the load is complete absolutely make my day! I was not sure about having a "smart" household but the more smart items I add, the more I enjoy it. The only thing that scares me is my electric bill having switched from gas to electric just for this opportunity. The app does provide you with energy usage, so I am curious to find out how accurate it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this dryer. It has been running extremely weak and was easy to learn how to use the settings. I have not used the steam setting yet, but plan to try that within the next month or so. My only complaint is when I turn up the heat to dry jeans or blankets it does not seem to like it. Although, I am not sure if it is the dry or if it is time to get the dryer vent cleaned out. The notifications that I get on my Samsung TV and Phone is also nice. It is great to get the reminder that the dryer cycle has finished, especially when I have stepped out for a bit.

Just got this dryer and after a few times using I'm noticing a pattern that my clothes are never fully dry. I don't know if it has to do with the moisture element because it seems like water is being sprayed into the dryer. Is there anyway to fix this? The 3 star is because it's very nice looking but it not drying is my main concern.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am LOVING my new Samsung Extra Large Capacity Dryer! It has made laundry so much more efficient and simpler. I can put in my queen size comfortable and get it dry eveniy when set at the high setting. For my clothes, the cycles are much shorter and efficient in drying. The smart features have been convenient with adjusting settings in between loads, checking time left in a cycle, letting me know when the cycle is finished, and I can also stay connected to ensure my clothes stay wrinkle free by setting it on the three minute wrinkle free setting.. The Smart things integration makes life easier! The washer dryer smooth, quiet and has been providing an easy and efficient way to do my laundy. I highly recommend this dryer!

I bought this dryer in July of 2023, that's 14 months ago. The dryer belt just broke. Do with that what you will. The moisture sensor does not work very well for some settings especially the delecates setting. I always have to use time dry and put on the lowest temperature because the delicate cycle on the highest dryness setting still comes out slightly damp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer had the potential to be perfect and blown me away.. yet it lacked on a very fundamental key point. Don't get me wrong, this dryer has everything you'd want and need (and then some!). To start off, the color was something that I was a little skeptical about, as I've always had white appliances, but as soon as it was delivered.. man! I was sold. The off-white and rose gold combination is amazing and really sets them apart. The size of the dryer itself, is HUGE. We can fit a lot of clothes in there to dry* (more on that asterisk in a second), and the functions and available options are endless! We love it. I will say that the steam sanitize is something my husband is truly obsessed over, he can throw his clothes in there and not only does it freshen them up, it takes care of the wrinkles, as well. Talk about a BIG WIN! No longer having to spray Febreze on things nor iron? Sign me up! The SmartThings app is something that we hooked up from day one (all of other appliances are also Samsung) and we love the information and the notifications we get from it. When something is dry, the option to custom create your own drying cycle, etc. One caveat is that the app keeps crashing for me (not my husband, just me). Could be user error, not sure but it does crash all of the time for me. Now to my every so important asterisk... the clothes do not come out bone dry. That's right, you heard me. They come out 97% dry. Yes that means they are only ever so sligtly damp, but to me that means they are NOT dry. We gave Samsung a call and they let us know that this is done on purpose.. well, that's a new one for me but I guess I'll live with that answer. Mind you, after a few minutes of just air drying in the closet (or on top of your bed, I don't judge) they do dry up.. just seems odd that the clothes don't come out 100% dry. It comes with an amazing warranty by Samsung so we will be keeping this one for quite a while. Overall, I'd still recommend it.
