I can not begin to tell you how bad the brisket was. It was filled with fat throughout the brisket to the point you could not eat it. Beyond disappointed.

If you were hoping for a lazy and accessible substitution for texas-style bbq brisket this isn't it, it's more like deli meat, fairly gross briney deli meat.

I served this for dinner and found it delicious. After reading prior reviews, I was a little apprehensive, but was not disappointed with my selection. Tasty, tender and a nice presentation.

Opened the package and there is more fat than meat. Pulled the fat off and weighed it for curiosity and i was left with just over 3/4 lb of meat. Never purchasing this again and definitely would never recommend.

I had this brisket before and it was good and tender. Not this time. Very tough and 1/4” fat on it. Won’t buy again. If it weren’t for Covid, I would take it back. Don’t want to go into store. Not sure what happened to it.

We have bought this before and it was ok but this time, my gosh, so much fat! So disappointing to spemd thirty bucks on something and not be able to eat a big portion of it.

Because it already sliced, it's a breeze to prepare. I put it on rolls dressed with a sweet/savory spread - love it with Fischer and Wieser Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce or pepper jelly. Then stack them in a crockpot on low.

This looked and tasted more like bacon with some smoke flavoring added. Have had beef brisket many times. This product did not look nor taste like beef. Will not buy again. From what I can recall, this is the only disappointment I’ve had with Sam’s products.

What is represented in the picture and what you get isn't even close. This was disgusting, not like any brisket I've ever had. Over 70 % fat and gristle, Not cut against the grain, so very difficult to bite into, its basically like eating greasy rubber. No flavor, no mesquite. I don't know how it has a rating of 4.2 when there are so many bad reviews and pictures. We had added it to the cart as a last minute impulse buy for our curbside pick up order to use for brisket sandwiches. Please do not waste your money, as this is a total scam and they know it. This was an expensive lesson to learn, we thought it would serve us for multiple meals and now I am afraid to even feed to my pets. Never again! I wish I could give negative stars. Its really that bad! I think the worst part is that I hold Sam's to a higher standard and would not expect them to even sell their customers something this awful. I've lost trust and confidence in Sam's because of this experience.

I was coordinating an event for 160+ folks--tailgate style. Decided that I would love to add a brisket to the menu. I had had it once and was in love with that one but it was from a catered event. Hoping for the same results and encouraged by the reivews, I gave it a try. I was hooked with my first bite which was in the back of the kitchen during the event trying to grab a bite of dinner for strength to close it out. I am now looking to make it a regular purchase. Will buy the big pack, break it up, freeze and enjoy. Taking to parents/family for Thanksgiving and will provide for my own holiday meals. So thankful that God gave someone this ability. Love it!
