Too fatty. I know brisket isn't lean, but this was much fattier than what I get from local BBQ restaurants.

This is easy to prepare/warm up in the oven, and so yummy! Add some KC Masterpiece sauce and you are great to go!

The flavor was good but it was a little fragile. I guess I wanted it more pliable like fresh brisket.
