Too fatty. I know brisket isn't lean, but this was much fattier than what I get from local BBQ restaurants.

I have been buying this for several years. It’s the best quick brisket for a substitute in a quick pinch.

Love this brisket! It easy to prepare, taste delicious and can be used in Various ways! Highly recommend!

My husband is a brisket guy & he gave this a thumbs up. Was tender, had great taste & price was much better than the local bbq stops.

Tasty main course for a casual party. Made 3 sauces to accompany the meat and served with slider buns and mini biskits.

Nastiest brisket I have ever had. It was chewy and tasted like bacon. I would give it zero stars it but that is not an option. Yuck

tough chewy nothing like my own or any ever eaten seriously considered getting refunded smoke flavor tasted liquid smoke

So good! I smoke meat at home, but a whole brisket is expensive and takes a LONG time to cook. This was tender, smokey, and fast!

Its interesting reading different reviews!! This was my first time purchasing this brisket. I will definitely purchase it again.

So disappointing, the meat became an odd color and had an off odor just a day after purchasing a d was no where near the expiration date.
