It just tastes like ham. Not bad, but not what I'd expect.

Usually very good, but the one I received today was mostly fat. Dissapointed.

This beef brisket had too much fat and no seasoning. A totally waste of $31 dollars.

Everything about it was so bad! The texture, the taste, the smell. We didn't even eat it.

The worst brisket I have ever purchased. I threw most of it out because it was so fatty.

This tastes more like salty ham than beef. It tastes nothing like a true beef brisket. It's full of fat--that they discreetly hide under the label. I love almost everything I buy at Sam's but this was my worst purchase!! A total waste of money...

We have been buying these for years with no problems but purchased another one last weekend. Upon opening package it is well over 50% fat. Hardly a bargain by the pound. Last time I purchase this !!

Great flavor.

Taste good!

Tuff and no smoke smell
