This is seriously delicious! I appreciate that I can look at the meat and see if it is more or less fatty too. We prefer the lean brisket. It doesn't need BBQ sauce, but since it doesn't have any sauce on it you can use your preferred sauce.

To beat this brisket flavor, you would have to stand in a very long line and pay a much higher price.I have been buying this for a few years and bought it this time for a benefit fundraiser.It came through with flying colors!

I picked this up as a quick weekday meal for my family. The brisket was delicious and flavorful. I warmed according to directions separating each piece. I poured beef over the brisket instead of water. Will definitely buy again.

Best you can get aside from fresh, impressed with the flavor from this especially after nuking fir 30sec with a touch of water to steam it, or without a touch drier. Purchased again.

this brisket was very fatty. while it had decent flavor, i just felt like there was so much fat and not enough meat. it was easy to prepare though. just a short time in the oven and it was done.
