Tender and great flavor

Tender and tasty!

I purchased this item after seeing it in the Superbowl flyer that came in the local paper and I have to say while it wasn't bad, it wasn't OMG it's great either. To me it was a bit too salty for my taste. (Have had better at local BBQ joints.) As far as price, doing the math it comes out to be what you might pay per lb. for some cold cuts. Very unlikely I purchase this again.

I read a number of comments. Many of them complained of taste and texture. The brisket comes without a sauce therefore it will likely be dry and tougher. I lathered my favorite sauce then heated it up. The texture was OK, but the major issue was the fat content. The brisket was 50%+ fat by weight making this product $26/lb of actual brisket. At that price, my local BBQ restaurant has better prices. I do not recommend anyone purchase this product.
